NOT Happy So Far 👎🏻😡

So far Centra has locked me out of any transactions whatsoever with error codes and security emails, how is the ACTUAL CFCU MEMBER supposed to use your services when I am not allowed 🚫 to use my own account bank card or even make a payment within the App??? And, why is the Centra App not listed within my Settings to control, this is a security and privacy concern if there is no way to access the App in Settings?!! Ever since my credit union was bought out I have zero access to my account with the debit card they sent me, I tried to link a separate major bank where I have funds to transfer and I cannot access this account thru Centra Mobile after “successfully” linking the accounts to try to pay my loan installment payment, I even received an email confirmation for Online Bill Pay and no email confirming my shared bank account, I didn’t ask for Online Bill Pay but where is my other bank account?!! I have almost always been a Credit Union member ~ Centra Credit Union, no thanks!

For assistance with your debit card, payments, and account linking, please give us a call at 800-232-3642 or visit Centra.org and click the chat icon.

Centra Mobile 👎🏻😡

WHY is there no App shown in my device to either update, to move to my front screen, to remove to reinstall when not working or to disable it if I so choose?! Where is it located that I can ONLY search for it in my device search bar but I have no App shown to control or do anything?? And it shows up in the App Store but nowhere on my device, this is a major privacy concern for me and I am about to rid myself of Centra for more reasons as well!! Banking experience with (Mason Ball) North Vernon branch.

I came into the north Vernon branch today opened accounts
Mason Ball is great at his job, he walked me thru several things today, explained exactly how everything worked, was very polite, and carries a personality that is truly amazing.
He helped me to understand how to build my credit, helped me to set up and operate the Mobil banking as well. Exceptional employee, all other banks I have looked into the banking experience just did not entice me, but Mason made my experience at Centra awesome.

I am a new customer. But my first impression has amazing since the start. I only wish I had discovered Centra Credit Union years ago.

Great staff @ National Rd!

The employees at National Rd are so helpful and thoughtful! They go above and beyond the services Centra provides. They are truely what “Amazing Customer Service” should look like!
