Landscape mood and printing failures
Centra states it is a known problem.
The landscape mode has not worked for at least two weeks.
When will these features be restored?

We apologize for the inconvenience. A recent update to Centra Mobile locked the app in portrait mode, disabling the ability to use the app in landscape mode. Unfortunately, the app isn't yet optimized for tablets, which can cause warping or stretching of the app's interface. Currently, there's no estimated date for when a fix will be available. However, this is high priority for our app vendor to resolve as soon as they can. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. Thank you for being a Centra Member!

Up it to 4 stars because they reached out to me about what I can do to help my transfer and stuff ^ they really arenโt bad at all

Thanks for your review! When making a transfer to and from your Centra or non-Centra accounts, click the dropdown box where it says 'From Account.' There, you'll have a complete list of all your linked accounts to choose from. Similarly, when you select the 'To Account' dropdown box, you'll have a complete list of all your linked accounts there too. If you ever have any issues making a transfer, please call us at 800-232-3642 or send us a message right from digital banking in the 'Message Center' under the 'Help' menu.

Zelle Still Needs Fix

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues when using Zelle. We're currently investigating intermittent issues with Zelle and BillPay timeouts.
