I'm sorry to hear you're having issues when using Zelle. We're currently investigating intermittent issues with Zelle and BillPay timeouts. If this happens, please go back to your Accounts Dashboard and relaunch Zelle. If you continue to have issues, please contact us at 800-232-3642 so that we can better assist. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it…
It crashes constantly and freezes up on you if you try to move within it too quickly. A simple task that would take seconds before is now a several minute ordeal after having to refresh and retry constantly, hoping this time you’ll make it to the end. It took me 10mins to do a transfer after having it crash 3 times on me through the process today alone, when before I could set a transfer up in less than 30 seconds, for example.
This overhaul added no new features as far as I’ve seen, so this is a lot of headache for the sake of aesthetics. It may have looked just a touch outdated before, but at least everything worked as expected.

If you have this feature enabled, please try turning it off for now in Settings>Snapshot. Please give us a call at 800-232-3642 if the issue persists. The new features in digital banking include card management, adding non-Centra accounts, improved financial wellness features, and more.
