Horrible update
Just got the most recent update of this app and thoroughly unimpressed. the old version was just fine and seemed much more user-friendly. This new version is slow and hard to navigate.

The internal transfer button is so smooth and moves money quick!

The revised update for the overdraft account does NOT have an option to learn the pay off amount. It only provide current & available amounts.

Update
I updated to this new version and now I can’t access the app. Not pleased with this disruption in using the prior version of this app. Still can’t access the updated app.
Don’t like
I hate that this is in portrait instead of landscape. My iPad will not set up this way and I find it much too cumbersome to have IPad flat down. 😢
Bad Update
The new update locked me out of my account.

Too many log in issues, causing my account to get locked.

BOS mobile banking is easy and make sure you verify your transfer. 👍
Had a lot of issues, now can’t even use it
You have to have the newest apple product to even use this app now. (Needs iOS 14) My iPad is only a few years old and still perfectly good, no reason to update. So really this app is only for rich people now.
