Face ID turns off
Log in and turn on Face ID. Next time I try to log in, Face ID is off. Thumb print used to do the same thing. Please fix!!
Wish the finger print ID worked
Since the new update a few weeks ago I can no longer long in with my TouchId.
It continues to make me log in and I turn on the TouchId in settings but it NEVER stays on. Please fix this.

This is a nice app. Has all the main useful features and has been updated for iPhone X. Keep up the good work.
Never works
This app hardly ever works. I've now tried to log on 6 times and it won't allow, says to call for assistance but only provides a series of "0" for the number. I have a toddler so being able to deposit a check from home is much more ideal than running out to BOS (and none of the locations are close & heaven forbid we get depositing at the ATM's). I think since the app started with deposits, I've only had 3 or 4 go through on the first time. It's extremely frustrating to say the least. Really needs the bugs worked out!!!

It's what I expected
it to be and I didn't expect much or need much more. I can transfer when I need to or just check balances and transactions. It's user friendly and I can do what I do on my computer at home now on my phone.
Pretty cool
I personally am not a fan of the new system the online banking is running on. But the app is pretty up to date. Very user friendly. I wish I could edit the types of transaction though. Very good.
