BoS app rocks

App is easy to use for both my personal and business

Too many updates

While the app itself works great and is well laid out, the significant number of updates prevents me from being able to check my balance quickly. I typically check 2-3 times a month and about 75% of the time I am unable to do so before updating the app. Please make the updates optional and allow the app to still function without the newest update.

Face recognition login wonโ€™t pull up even tho it on in my settings.

Security questions

I can't log in bc of security questions that I did not chose. Going to the website did not help resolve this issue.

Doesnโ€™t work 80% of the time!!

It lets me login online but not through the app! It always pops up a message to make a call. Sometimes itโ€™ll block me out. I just want to see my instant balance sometimes without having to go through the actual website. Itโ€™s a huge inconvenience.

Update causes so much lag

Ever since they updated the app a few days ago just getting past the main screen with graphics takes so long. I had no issues before the update. But now even my finger scan for my password has a lag to it. Once I finally log my pending/posting transactions then take another minute to load. The lag is inconvenient I could log in on the desk top in half the time the app has been taking.

Like the app. Quick and easy

So nice to be able to view accounts, make deposits, and transfer funds from my phone 24/7!

Bill pay problem

Have three accounts with one utility company. All account numbers have the same beginning account numbers. Canโ€™t distinguish between them.

Not what it used to be.

This app used to be great, however I can no longer use it after last update. Fingerprint id locks it up. Please fix!
