Second review, after speaking with customer service and the development team lead. I was able to find my isurance card, after screenshots and directions. As for the app, I stand by my first review. The app is clunky, and difficult to navigate. Too many steps to get your card for proof of insurance. However, if you want your membership card, well, that's right there!
However, KY Farm Bureau is still the best insurance company I have worked with. The fact that the development lead contacted me less than 12 hours to resolve my issue speaks volumes of their dedication and support. I would rate their company a 10/10.
Please, modify the app for ease of quick use, and not integrate web components into the native iOS platform. Mutliple cards should be able to save for quick use (families).
