    Second review, after speaking with customer service and the development team lead. I was able to find my isurance card, after screenshots and directions. As for the app, I stand by my first review. The app is clunky, and difficult to navigate. Too many steps to get your card for proof of insurance. However, if you want your membership card, well, that's right there!

    However, KY Farm Bureau is still the best insurance company I have worked with. The fact that the development lead contacted me less than 12 hours to resolve my issue speaks volumes of their dedication and support. I would rate their company a 10/10.

    Please, modify the app for ease of quick use, and not integrate web components into the native iOS platform. Mutliple cards should be able to save for quick use (families).

  • Great insurance, horrible app!

    Needed simple proof of insurance cards to show dealership. Impossible to find. Clunky. Navigation is terrible.

  • Horrible app

    This app and their website is horrible! I repeatedly have to log in just to try to pay my bill. I have tried about 10 times today to pay my bill and it either won’t let me, kicks back to the login screen, or says there is nothing to pay when I know there is.

  • Thanks to your app, I’m looking for another insurance company

    Dear App Developer Person: When I log into the KYFB app, it shows my login is accepted. And then it requires me to login a second time. Then it allows me to go to the payment section. After I am in the payment section I click to make a payment and it logs me out. this app has had bugs in it for a long time. Please try using the app yourself and ask your friends to give you their feedback. Maybe you are not aware of how many problems it has. You are driving people away from the company that you work for. Eventually, this could hurt your job. I would suggest that you fix this problem if you want people to stay. In this day of age, I should be able to log into my app and make a payment with no problem, only having to login one time. Thank you. The best chance that KYFB has to keep me as a customer is if you fix this app.

  • Waste of time and space

    Let me start with the app itself works ok. The problem is the absolute mind numbing process of logging in EVERY SINGLE TIME and then having to do the reCAPTCHA test EVERY SINGLE TIME! Shame to think the developers of KFB themselves won’t update the app to remember a users credentials or use Face ID. I’d just assume use the web version and not waste space on my phone.

  • Please Fix or I’m leaving KYFB

    Your app will sometimes let me login, and sometimes will not. It repeats asking for email and password after it accepts it. Then I have to verify I’m not a robot by selecting pictures over and over.

    Please fix. You are driving customers away from KYFB. Thank you.
  • Please Fix the App.

    Your app has problems. It repeatedly logs me in and does not go to any other page. Then it says I’ve put in the wrong email and password. Other times it logs me in and I can pay my bill.

    This problem has been ongoing for about a year.

    Please get it fixed. Thank you!

    Totally useless. I can’t enter in anything without getting an error code.

    WORTHLESS APP!! Will not open account and keeps asking for those aggravating pictures to check to verify I’ m not a robot! I hate those things there is better tech these days. NEEDS WORK!!

    The app isn’t responding. I click on every option and nothing happens. I’ll have to start calling my insurance again just to pay it.
