Perfect for teenage drivers

Have busted my 17 year old multiple times. Has served its purpose.

Good For A Mobile App

First off, I’d like to say that this is GOOD for a mobile app. I get more features on my desktop, but that seems to be the industry standard with most things software services. What I really like about this company is that they seem to be constantly improving upon the app and brining over features from their desktop to their mobile app. It occasionally has some bugs, but I let their tech support know and they seemed to come out with a fix pretty quick. Overall, would recommend.

I have been trying to cancel

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for almost a year: I was with them now for 2 years and half , when trying to cancel they want me to pay cancellation fee $450, this is ridiculous, I told them I have only left 5 months and I can send the device back but no one listen. Do not sign up with them, I move to OneStepGPS they are awesome .

Great app!

Easy to use app that provides us visibility to our trackers and gives us access to what we need when away from a PC.

Zero customer service

Have had service with Linxup for 5 years. Cancelled because the will not answer or return support calls. We were shipped free updated GPS devices. Old devices showed where every truck was at live. New devices show where trucks were an hour ago. Called support every day for 5 days. Always a recording, never a call back. Bye Linxup!

App doesn’t refresh fast enough

I have strong cell data signal and app doesn’t give me real time location. @ Desktop works fine.

App Updates are horrible

The updates have made the app version useless. I wish they would go back to the pervious version as others have said and complained about

Frustrated? Yes, yes I am.

We signed up two years ago, back when they had good reviews. Started out fine, then they “upgraded” the app. I’m not sure what is better about it, but we are not impressed. What finally drove me to post a review was losing the signal to all of our trackers yesterday. No one answered the tech support line at 2:39 PM Central time. After 11 minutes on hold, they disconnected my call. But I DID get a nice salesman to answer when I called back and selected ‘sales’ rather than ‘service’ on the phone menu. His advice was to just keep calling, and suggested calling at 4:30 PM Central time, when he thought they might be less busy. They used to have 24 hour tech support, But now the recorded message says they are closed and their normal business hours for tech-support are 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. I chose not to leave a voicemail message, even though the recording said they would get back to me within one business day.

14 hours later, I still don’t know where our trucks are. Maybe they should put more resources into tech support rather than sales, and try to earn some good reviews again.

Horrible

This app is terrible. It was actually a great app until they call theirselves upgrading it. The app is not accurate it always freezes up. You have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app.
