Save your money
Useless app and trackers, with the app never refreshing and always freezing and refusing to load vehicle info. Takes restarting the app multiple times to receive updated GPS info.
Mobile app is terrible after update
Don’t bother wasting your money with this app or it’s trackers. Never refreshes even when you hit the refresh button, never loads route data correctly or let’s you zoom, such a clunky slow loading app compared to old app. Going to find another company ASAP.
Using only web
Please fix this app, its was better as it was before the big change, alerts come randomly, it never shows anymore if a tracker is unplugged, and there are so many confusing : a new alert have arrived notifications which lead to nothing when you click them
Not great...
The app was bad now it’s worse with the update. The entire platform is sub par I find discrepancies between miles the trucks puts on and what the gps say. GPS will loose signal often. Reports are either wrong or confusing. Don’t waste your time, money and save yourself from frequent headaches.
App update
Have always been happy with this company and app until recently. The new app update is horrible have to completely close the app and reopen it to refresh to all trackers, half the time it won’t even refresh. Reached out to the company weeks ago about it seems as if it’s only gotten worse.
Pretty good for a couple of cars
The app could be more user friendly and not as clunky but otherwise is fine.
New app is garbage
They made several add on with the new app but it glitches more now, still has problems with tracking refresh, u can no longer tap on address and plot a course to your vehicle
Do not update
Trying to figure out how to go back to old version. New update freezes a lot. You have to close app then reopen to view your entire fleet after you monitor one of your units 🤷🏽♂️. If it’s not broke don’t fix it.🤦🏽♂️
New update renders app useless
Don’t sign up if your going to have more than 5 trackers. App lost all function for tracking efficiently. Must reset after looking at each trackers location and there is no vehicle tags with names visible all at same time. Don’t waste your money till a new update fixes all these issues people reporting. Remember, not everything has to be fixed, sometimes just leave well enough alone.

New update is a disaster. Slower to load, can’t view route data for individual trucks.
