Great Software
TekSupportSpy LLC loves using Zoho to help us provide basic computer training to those who feel they are non tech savvy. We remote into our customers system with their permission using Zoho Assist and train them on how to use their computer. Thank you Zoho.

Better than TeamViewer
Zoho assist is much more robust and cost effective than the teamviewer. I made the move and am very happy and satisfied.

Works great to remote in to my Mac
I use both the iOS app and in the Safari browser. Zoho Remote Access means I can keep an eye on my own set up when away on the road. Means I am not tied to my desk and cam travel more with the family during school holidays.

A Great alternative to LogMeIn
I’ve been using Zoho Assist for about three years now after having a renewal quote from LogMeIn which was astronomical to say the least. Pleased I made the change as it serves all my needs. Reporting feature is very useful on unattended access login and gives insight into time spent while on a remote computer. There have been a couple of issues with remote printing and remote screen resolution but these do not affect me. One feature that would be nice to have is an auto logout from a remote session set in the settings to say 30 minutes, because if you forget to log out your remote session could be in the order of days and so the reporting feature then becomes meaningless. Overall a great product from a great company.
