Crashes my blackvue unit
When I try live mode using latest updated app, it crashes the unit and stops recording new images and gets stuck at last image when I tried. My unit is DR500-GW.Jujuram
Privacy issue
Uses your location automatically and does not allow changes to any settings, even within IOS privacy settings. Link to privacy policy takes you to the company homepage to advertise products.AaZz135792

Pittasoft, your app does everything it is supposed to do as far as features; however, please update the resolution of the app so it is optimized for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus!Sashanicee
iPhone 6+
Dr500gw-hd firmware download only supports Korea language. Where is the English version. Camera is great but no good if bug fixes aren't fixed. I spend the money for cameras and I expect to have updates available.I will be back ;)
Some issues
Been using the DR650 2CH for about a week now. Great camera and product but the app lets it down a little with wifi connectivity and not always reliable for viewing.Dav_tastic

Over all works great I own both the 600 and 500 black vie series camera and this app works awesome with both.dubboi
Shocking interface
Terrible design. Very poor user experience. Why release such a terrible app? Very difficult to navigate.Hibwink
Good Camra
I mounted my camera upside down, while the camera is good and I can rotate the video, I can't record the time stamp on the other side. I hope this can be fixed.Nicklkky
A very handy app - could be improved
This is a very helpful app to use with your blackvue. It could do with some additions that would make it exceptional though.
If it allowed you to export footage to your camera roll it would be very helpful. It seems illogical that you can't do this already.
Also when saving footage you should be able to choose whether or not to include the map. A lot of the time it hinders the video as it covers up a large portion of the screen.Show lessPalethorpe

Ok the fixed position and auto rotation work, but you still cannot playback in portrait (vertical) mode like you could originally on the app using iPhone 6 plus!!
Should really change the name from vertical/horizontal to landscape/portrait.
