Need to be able to order multiples of same image.
Top top company to deal with
I’ve used Mixtiles many times as I love their products. In addition I have to say there customer service is possibly the best I’ve ever dealt with. They have a very casual / informal communication style which I really like and they are so incredibly responsive it kinda blows my mind! I’ve been having some issues with my previous address being stored somewhere so every time I order more it defaults to the old address. Every time they have quickly resolved the issue and I’m currently working with them to understand how we can fix this. As for the product I have over 70 tiles - I love them!! Great great company

Love my mixtile wall!!
I love love love mixtiles. Have covered a whole hallway in my house, it looks amazing. I love that I can print more photos & have a larger collection on my walls. I wait until the specials roll around & order up big!! Delivery is so prompt. Cheers!

Very supportive and responsive company!
I recently tried to order some tiles for my son. I went back to edit the tiles . Somehow the unedited and some unwanted tiles were ordered.
I contacted Mixtiles quite distressed that this had happened.
They very quickly resolved the issue and I was able to order the correct times with no additional cost or hassle!

Cheaply made and fall of walls
The glue on the actual tiles are cheap. I’ve had 4 or so tiles fall off the walls onto the floor within 1 week or purchase ruining the photos. Cheaply made

Great value
I absolutely LOVE these pic frames, they are great for renting as they are easy to use and pack up. I always get them very quickly and I think they are great value for money too. I highly recommend these and I will continue to keep buying these in the future. ☺️
Wonderful Customer Service
I was very excited to get a photo collage hung up. The photos came and are very beautiful, but the adhesive tape because it is not that sticky and as a result I had more than half of my tiles fall off the wall. I took every precaution in the directions - wipe wall with clean, dry cloth, only remove adhesive backing when ready to hang, press square firmly and evenly to wall, etc. Still, the tiles fell.
I reached out to customer service, and they were quick to respond and were very friendly and helpful. I was hoping they might be able to send extra sticky tape so I could add another row and hope that would help, but unfortunately that wasn’t an option. However, they offered to send new squares to replace any that weren’t sticking free of charge. I persevered with the tiles I already had and was able to finally get all of them to stick but one. Mixtiles is sending me a replacement tile for the one I couldn’t get to work and they let me know that the tiles are 100% recyclable, which is great.
I am still a bit nervous that if anyone should bump into any of the tiles I’ve hung that they will quickly pop off the wall, but overall when you combine the product with the excellent customer service I think this product is worth the money.

Fantastic
Over the course of a few months I have gradually been using mixtiles to make my family photo wall and I’m so happy I did.
Every single photo is perfect and not one has ever fallen down.
The app lets you know that if you choose a certain photo it might come out blurry or not as prefect as they would like but I have had to choose those photos sometimes and they have still come out perfectly.
On the one occasion that I had an issue with an order (which was actually a problem with the delivery company) they quickly sent me out another batch without any hassle or delay.
I’m very happy and have all my best family memories on my wall.

I live in Australia so with Corona was expected a huge delay. Got them surprising quick. Was so excited and they didn’t disappoint. So easy to put up and look amazing. Can’t wait to order some more
