Alert tones
Great app, would like to see some more critical alert tones for when the pager does go off.

Excellent app, some more polish required.
Lots of features available, not all of which are used by all organisations. Would be handy to disable some to save confusion. Also make sure you get your personal information correct the first time because it doesn’t matter how many times you try to update your info, it never saves the changes.
Unfortunately, newest version seems have notification volume linked in iOS media volume, not the ringer volume. If you’ve been playing music/watching videos at low volume prior to putting your phone down, you may not hear even your critical alerts.Show lessGeneric type

Add the ability for users to add their own qualifications
It would be nice if users could update their own profile qualifications eg. add a chainsaw icon to your profile so it shows up when responding. Currently in large groups of people sometimes the Bart admins can’t keep up with updating bart users training profiles as fast as people receive new skill trainings leading to confusing during responding if your trying to see if you have enough people responding with a certain skill setShow lessHunter-909

I have deleted the app but the it still remains in settings. I have rebooted the phone correctly but it won’t work. I am in CFA and need the app to work. Very disappointed.infuriated 99999999

Broken version
The latest version shows an error “You may be offline. Check your connection and try again.” and does not display alerts or messages. The app worked before the update. Please restore the previous version or fix the new version immediately. This is not acceptable for an emergency services app!VolunteerGrok
Saving tones in settings
Not letting myself and others save the tones are using other phone then iPhones and it works just not for iPhonesleith-white

Sound not working on iphone 11
Hi Team,
I recently upgraded to an iPhone 11. Bart was working fine before and also making sounds when on silent. Recently I had noticed that I am not hearing my pager messages anymore and initially thought it was me. But last night I missed another critical page because my phone was on silent. I checked all my settings, deleted and reinstalled the app, no luck. Preceded to check the alert sounds, no luck hearing the different sounds, until I realised my phone is on silent mode. Turned silent mode off and I could hear everything again...
Would you mind checking the app for iPhone 11 and critical alert or any notification getting through on silent mode.
