Great Navigation map for the price

Lost my purchased features with Lifetime license

I purchased a full lifetimr license with 3D, icons, HUD, Junctions etc. This is lost now. After downloading the app and restoring purchases it gave me some features back but then they disappeared again after 2 days of use. Nagging me for Premium + license. They took my license away that I paid for and are not providing the features. Just use free Google maps and you will be fine.

Hi, thank you for your feedback, our offer has changed from Lifetime and Premium Lifetime license to Premium+ subscription, this doesn't mean though we changed anything else - you still get the same service you paid for when you purchased Lifetime license. Thank you! -Martin, Customer Care Team

Purchased and yet am continually bombarded with upgrade offers making the app much less pleasant to use.

Constant Premium advertisements make app unusable.

I have been a long time supporter of Sygic for many years. I purchased the world maps a few years ago. Even with my purchase the constant advertisements to upgrade make the app unusable. The other day I had bad cell signal and when I tried to open the app it got stuck on an advertisement for premium. Meant I couldn’t use it ….

Posted Speed Limit lag

Hi guys,
Been using your app for years but there is one bug bear. The posted speed limits are not keeping up. They are well over 1 year behind in some most areas in New Zealand

Route directions are pathetic

App used to be good but the last 12 months there is something wrong with the route calculation. Continually have to compare with google maps otherwise Sygic will take you the loooong way even when “shortest route” is selected. Have provided feedback and those specific errors get fixed but it’s time consuming and it’s every day, sometimes multiple times per day. It just has no idea which are the main highways and directs you onto smaller roads and sometimes backroads. Too many issues for me to continue. Have canceled subscription which is a pity because there are many great functions and settings.

Ads, ads and ads!

Every time I start their app I get the pop-up to subscribe to their premium+ subscription even though I have a lifetime premium membership. It’s very, very annoying and it stops me from using the navigation right away and have to wait sometimes (depending on the network) even up to a minute to be able to dismiss it. Garbage app pushing their subscription on you to the point where it’s so annoying and where the only way to stop it is to subscribe.
