  • Terrible terrible - don’t waste your time

    This app used to be ok last year and the year before, however it now crashes constantly! It hasn’t had a bug fix update in months, the app support website doesn’t work and even the app privacy section on the App Store isn’t completed or up to date. Every order crashes and nothing happens when you hit checkout. You need to DELETE the app and reinstall. You are forced to update profiles each year but the page keeps flicking out before you’re able to press a button. PLEASE DEVELOPERS: DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

  • Problems every time

    My school has just started using Qkr and everyone seems quite happy with it. However I have had problems from day one. The profile tab won’t open for me. The Checkout button doesn’t work. I have learnt to delete the app and upload from the cloud each time I need to use it. I have sent details to technical department who are taking quite a while to work out this issue as they say that they’ve never seen issues like this before. My bad luck I guess.

  • Don’t bother downloading - their servers can’t cope during busy times

    Don’t bother downloading the app. This used to be useful, but lately every time I try to use the app to order morning tea / lunch for my kids I get an error saying the system is very busy and please try again later. Seriously? You obviously don’t have the infrastructure to support the demand when it’s needed most. Schools have a cut off time and unfortunately your system won’t work until after this time has passed. Won’t be wasting my time with this app.

  • One star is one too many

    This is the WORST app EVER! Constantly being locked out after a single log in attempt. The 30 min wait to try again is insane!!! Have uninstalled and reinstalled to try to get it to work. Have had that much frustration over the past 2 years since our kids started to go to school and we are required to use this dreadful, dreadful app. There are that many bad reviews and consistent problems I do not understand how the developers cannot fix this.

  • Badly Needed but glitchy and obvious functionality missing

    First of all every time I go to the inbox to see notices on what I need to pay the whole app crashes - doesn’t matter what I do. So I end up with a bloated inbox and no idea what I have and haven’t paid unless I go searching through receipts. That glitch Desperately needs fixing.

    Second. Why isn’t their a simple page for each child with a profile that shows in a list view all the items that need to be paid, or have been paid. Surely that would be easy to toggle so that you could just show those that need to be paid. Sort of what the inbox is doing but in one spot rather than rifling through endless notices.

  • Worst App

    I’ve got 30 minutes to write this review because that’s how long I’ve been locked out of QKR, after just one failed login attempt. I use this app to buy lunch orders for my kids, but I would rather walk into a bank, withdraw coins, then go to school and wait in line to buy the kids lunch. For some reason I have less difficulty accessing my bank accounts than accessing this useless waste of storage space on my phone.

    I can only assume that this app was designed by people that have a genuine hatred of western society, because each time I use this app to purchase lunch for the kids, I end up wanting to throw my phone off the highest building I can find. I may be wrong, it could just be that the developers are incompetent fools who threw it together 15 minutes before it was due for release.

    Either way, if you have to use this app for any reason, threaten to withdraw your kids from school, or do whatever you can to convince your school not to use this awful, awful app

  • Always a problem

    Constantly having to reset my password and still says password is incorrect. Rang the ‘help’ number after being transferred to several areas with no straight option to speak to some one about QKR. They could not find my information on the system yet whilst I was on the phone to them I could reset my password and log in and but then when I went to pay it asked me for my password again and said it was wrong. The help number was useless and said they couldn’t help. This is an issue every time I log on, it says my password is wrong. Even after I reset it. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

  • terrible support

    I have been on QKR for 2 yrs and it has worked well. I have not used it in the last 6 months though. When i tried to log on it wouldn't recognise my password. I deleted and re-installed the app, but when I went to log-in with the re-install, it won't let me log-in as it recognises I have an account. But when I try to use the 'forgot password' function, it flags an error and locks me out from trying. I rang the support number and the attendant was unsure of what to do. He suggested all the things I had done already and then escalated it to another technical support branch. It remains unresolved. I have had to revert to old-school ordering.

  • Won’t allow log in

    The is a great idea, but the last few months after I changed my passwords because it would not allow me to log in anymore, I havent been able to log in. I called help, of course I got a call centre with someone who hardly spoke English so it was difficult to communicate.
    Problem was not resolved because apparently I don’t exist and never signed up, when I did when my daughter started school two years ago.
    I can’t even change my password because it’s telling me I don’t live at a particular postcode.

  • Good idea poor execution

    Good idea to be able to keep a track of orders HOWEVER I have a problem where I can’t login and the software is asking for my postcode. Turns out there is a glitch in the app that means that it won’t recognise postcodes. So after speaking to someone who was hard to understand I was told the only fix is for him to delete my account and I have to sign up again. That means my history gets erased and there really is no point to the app after all
