  • Does not work on iPad Pro please fix!!!

The software doesn’t recognize the interface. If you change settings on a mac (input settings for instance) you can use the apogee Duet with GarageBand or other software, but the Apogee software on iPad doesn’t see the device so changing settings in impossible. Please fix this...many people are waiting for a long time now! Thanks!

  • Apogee One Works Awesome!

Using with iPad Air 2, iOS 13.3, and lightning cable. Pristine sound clarity when using plug-ins on garage band. No more cross talk or feed back when working with garage band. Set the gains at just the right level. I can definitely hear a quality of difference in sound when compared to my previous and less expensive audio interface. I would recommend Apogee One for iPad.

  • Biggest waste of time and money

I bought apogee duet for IOS and guess what? The phantom power button would not work for the device in the app.I paid almost 400.00 dollars for the device and had no luck. Seriously this brand is very misleading and disappointing.
  • BEWARE: Does not work with iPad Pro USB C

Title says it all. This app hasn’t been updated to connect Apogee ONE to USB C iPad Pro. Because of this it is unusable.
  • JUNK!!! FOR I PAD PRO W/USB C

APOGEE: PLEASE UPDATE MAESTRO TO WORK WITH I PAD PRO 12.9 GEN 3 W/USB C - STOP BLAMING APPLE AND FIX IT!

IT SHOULD SAY THAT IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE ONE THE BOX OR IN DESCRIPTIONS
  • Incompatible with USB-C iPad Pro

Apogee said they would release an update to make this software compatible with the new iPad Pro after Apple changed they way USB devices work, but it’s been almost a year now and still nothing.
  • Can’t use my iPad Pro 2018

Can you update this so I can use my apogee one on my iPad 2018 so I can record vocals!! UPDATE PLS
  • Shame

Ordered a new cable for my iPad Pro 11 inch. I didn’t realize that this app is not supported anymore.
  • Incredibly frustrating

This is incompatible with the newer iPad Pro’s with USB-C. Whether you’re using an adapter or official USB-C cable, this app is unable to fully control the Duet.

If you advertise as supporting the iPad, then support the iPad. This was my primary reason for buying a Duet.
  • App not compatible with 2018 iPad Pro 12.9”

I have a apogee Duet for iPad and Mac. The duet works fine but the app doesn’t work with the new iPad Pro. The app still works fine on my 1st generation iPad Air.

    Please update the app.
