  • Zero stars – doesn't work, Period

Doesn't work at all, means my apogee one doesn't work. Waste of $400 - great stuff apogee 💩💩💩
  • I'll give half

So it won't work on any new Apple devices with the Lightning port (it could be a faulty cable). For the older iOS devices it works as soon as I plug it in without a problem. Then again it could be the cable. If it's not the cable, Apogee could you please resolve this issue I haven't seen anyone be successful exempt you guys in your videos.

  • Not free

You can't even enter it. Don't download.
  • Worthless

The title says it all. This app simply doesn't work. We lost irreplaceable recording opportunities due to this unbelievably incompetent mess. We would rate this app with a negative number if it was possible.
  • Maestro

Very Not Impressed! Software hijacks headphones when used with instrument line. Multiple restarts helps but who the hell wants to do that!!!!! Update for system and hardware compatibility! Got the mic that this services for use on Smule Sing. Mic is great! So far the instrument line is a FAIL!!!
  • Update Needed

Works well enough with Apogee ONE but desperately needs an update to support the native resolution of iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.
  • Wow

I really get tired of trying to figure out this piece.......sorry very hard guys and girls,,,,,!
  • What the heck

When I first open up the app, I have no idea what I am looking at or doing. It's all very confusing and I can't manage it. How do I record? I just simply don't get it.
  • Granted, this is just a utility, but....

Understandably, this isn't going to be your "fun" app or favorite app, but it makes a great front end for controlling Apogee hardware just the same as you would from a Mac.
While most of the use of my Quartet has been on my Mac, I have had the chance to use this utility in my iPad while tracking music using Auria and it performed flawlessly. (The Maestro software anyway, on my second Quartet and this one is just as buggy as the first one, but that's for another review).
I'm a big fan of having all of the features I'm used to on my Mac now available on my iPad for when I'm just out and about and don't feel like dragging a mountain of stuff with me. This is likely the most professional equipment/software setup available for the platform for sound recording.
The app is great if you happen to own a MFi device made by Apogee. (Now if they would just sort out the Quartet taking a nap while it should be awake, that would be nice.)
