Dissatisfied with customer service.

Our food was delivered to the wrong home. When I called to aske where my was, they told me it was delivered and the agent told me I was lying!!! I’ve been dealing with Careem to be reimbursed for a few days and no one has bothered calling me. When I’ve called customer service they simply brush me off and give me another number to call. Dissatisfied and disappointed!!

Don’t recommend

I had an issue with one of Careem drivers and I followed the right instructions by contacting careem , surprisingly the company ( careem) denied that their knowledge about my trip even I provided them with all the details with proof of it .
Very bad experience
Careem not recommended.

Cannot cancel subscription on the app

The menus conceal and hide anyway to cancel the subscription on the app. The subscription add very little value. Talabat is better.

Beware! They charge you without you selecting a ride

I got scammed the first time I used this Careem app. Driver never showed up and then said that he waited for 7 minutes then proceeded to cancel the ride and charge me for it. Customer service was a sham too! Kept repeating the same script without actually trying to help in the slightest!

Costumer service are very not helpful

They don’t answer messages or say anything when they get a complain about their drivers purposely making the charges go up. This is my experience with the Jordanian Careem and I’m very disappointed. Plus they take a lot of time till they arrive to pick up and hire rude drivers.

Hidden rules

Shame on Careem. Ordered for the second time dinner as a treat. Read the offer of free delivery if paid with a certain credit card. Saw that I had some money in the Careem account. so I applied that as well. Did not receive the free delivery. Nowhere in the “Read more” section of the offer. did it say that you could not share the fee between your credit card and your Careem account. Called the support line and they explained the reason for not having the delivery charged but refused to refund it. Shame on you Careem! You have lost my business!

Very bad

Been trying to cancel my subscription for more than a year now. I didn’t even sign up for a subscription and no one wants to help

This app is becoming worse by time instead of improving your drivers and your services it's becoming worse !
The drivers are verrrryyy slow the maps is wayz which will take them for the longest road ever and even the locations won't be clear for them most of the times !!!
