First open fail
The first time I opened the app it displayed a white screen with an http 404 error and two buttons, “accept” and “cancel”.
I assume the page is supposed to display the EULA. Can’t even get the 1st step after installing the app correct? I selected “CANCEL” and uninstalled. How much of our taxes are going to this very poor app developer? Should be zero.

Good concept, but doesn’t work
One of the buggiest apps I’ve encountered.
Never works correctly
App opens and it’s easy to find info on current issues but always freezes-up if you try to report an issue. The BABIC is basically worthless. Freezes and I just have to go to my laptop and pull up the website. PLEASE fix this!

Most important feature is the BABIC request, which works perfect.

Crashes while submitting issues
Great app, love the idea. But it crashes in the middle of reporting issues. So until that’s fixed, it’s kind of useless
Can’t submit issues
The issues submission consistently crashes the app. Useful info, but missing an important piece.
Same old story
It used to work great until they updated it one time. Then I could only see half the payment info screen. They said it won’t work with iPhone anymore unless I download a different browser.Why they had to change it I don’t know! They blamed it Apple/iPhone.Maybe they changed it because of too security issues. All I know is I’m having to waste a lot of time to make it work. Now it says my login information is incorrect... but THEY are incorrect. And it doesn’t even have a Username or Password recovery button... so now what am I supposed to do? The same thing you’ll have to do if you download it...waste your time and figure it out so they don’t have to.

When it asks to choose a location the map does not come up and I am unable to enter an address manually.
