Good App
The application need some improvement, but not bad for information and communication.
Does not work anymore
Used to be a great app for city services, but it hasn't been updated in a long time
Love app but it needs work
Several times have tried to report issues...dead animal, pothole, etc. the location map never works and sometimes when I hit submit that blue wheel just spins and spins and I have to shut it down and redo the whole thing and submit again. Don't always have time for that.
Doesn't work
I can't even put my address in. Hit search and nothing comes up
Useful but Freezes
The app makes scheduling bulk and brush pickup a snap. It also shows watering days for your address, which is pretty handy. However, it freezes whenever trying to submit a new issue.
App still doesn't work
The original version of this app worked flawlessly. After the upgrade, it doesn't fit on my 4s screen. The top buttons are extremely hard to activate.
More importantly, NONE of my submissions are going through.
I wouldn't mind better categorization of the issues, too.

The city website does not work with addresses and neither does this app
I can partially understand the search fields not working on the iPhone app because of changes, however when you go to the cities website we have the same problem. App/website page loads but the databases are broken and never populate data. Just call the numbers listed on the website instead of wasting time online. I am a Richardson resident and expect something better than this

Great app! Easy way to be able to report issues within the City of Richardson.
Water Day display doesn't work
"Water Day" shows no address even after saving my address in the profile
Great start!
Mostly redirects to the website pages but the recent update for bulky items pick up scheduling is awesome! Our city has its own app :)
