It was better before , it’s gotten worse. I guess the only that’s gotten better is the layout/ design of the app itself. The customer service is not helpful. They recently made rules but don’t even enforce them so why even bother. Who ever picks the art/ artists to show in the sktchy picks/ featured art is biased/ has favorites. I’m conflicted about have commissions because I liked how this app was more about improving and sharing your art rather than making money before but not anymore.Show lessKitttty chan
A fantastic app for artists of all abilities
Sktchy continues to be brilliant app for artists of all abilities. Each update has brought some great improvements over the years & it still remains an intuitive app. Not only is it an app for artists but it’s also for those who want to be a muse and there’s a lovely community too. Best Social App
I am not big into social media, and really didn’t feel welcome in the Instagram art circle, but Sktchy is absolutely amazing! The encouragement and fun inspiration from other artists is great and the community is so engaging. Best social app I have! A True Motivation for Artists
If you are an aspiring portrait artist then you will love this app. An endless stream images to choose from, to draw or paint, to upload and proudly share your efforts. Or to ask for critique to help you progress.
You can also follow other artists to inspire you. Being an artist can sometimes be a lonely pursuit but this app provides a whole community of artists at all levels to encourage and motivate.
You can now also make a bit of money by selling your art through the app, like a virtual gallery.
I've been using this app since 2014 and would never have progressed as quick as I have without it.
And let me say that from what I've read in the poor reviews, that it seems people do not understanding what this app is. Or take the time to actually learn the basics on how to use it. The app is also updated regularly any bugs tackled quickly.Show lessEddiebryce
Love it
This app allows me to draw with abandon and hone my skills. The community is supportive and diverse. The app is confusing at first, but so is any platform. It does crash quite often on my phone when I use a photo in horizontal position.Hiharp

New to Sktchy in 2018
I am new to Sktchy this year. At first when I checked it out I thought it was a platform for selfies, but I kept previewing and love it. Its a great resource for artists of all levels and so far seems to be a very supportive community. I recommended it to an artist friend and she joined in too. Easy to use great to get into
I only just doodled until I discovered this app. For those not wanting to use the inspiration there are free draws which help and can upload any art to. Highly recommend using this app even if you only dabble at art as you will be surprised and can find lots of amazing art and inspirationsBomazXD

You guys. I LOVE this app. What a fantastic idea to give artists access to other artists, models, and just a ton of really awesome people who genuinely seem to care about art. Artists of all different skill levels are given a huge database of subjects to pull inspiration from and are met with so much positivity and excitement! I loved getting a response back from the first girl I drew. It suddenly made art a lot more personal for me and I’m so glad I found that fulfillment in an app! Great app for Artists
Love this app. I just do not like the lack of a forum area to chat and ask questions and I do not like seeing nudity pop up in my feed. Think there should be an extra tab added for 18+ art and photos.Schona K
