App is Rubbish
What an utter waste of time. I made a booking while I was on a plane via the App. I gave all the details requested and I got a confirmation email of my booking details. The App even allows you to track the driver. When I arrived I called the company to confirm my taxi was on its way and I was told no taxi was dispatched because I didn’t give details of my flight. When booking, I was never asked for those details and so no taxi was dispatched. The guy on the phone said it’s “not reliable to book on the app” and that they have “no control” of the App. Basically it’s rubbish. I shall be deleting the App straight after this review. Luckily I chose the option to pay by cash otherwise they would have gladly taken my money.Show lessPSSSO

Charges for Cancellations Not Refunded
Recommend to collect funds after the trip is completed not at time of booking.
Because settings were not retained I got charged for incorrect date/time. When cancelled, found the charges still in my account. Called to have these refunded and no action taken.
Great taxi service, great price, but the supporting app is not commensurate.Show lesss malak
