Very helpful tool for new/returning runners

Very helpful tool to get into running…I have a bad knee and the way this is paced has really helped me develop a tolerance for running again so I can see progress without overdoing it.

Great interval app for building stamina

I’ve used this app on and off for a few years now. It’s super helpful getting started and building up speed and stamina. It’s also great for restating when I’ve slacked off. Once you hit the apps upper limit though it can help keep you there.he

Great

I d used the app off and on for a few years. Recently, the Apple Watch app ran into an issue where the green/yellow intervals would not show on the screen of my SE after swiping to display it. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic app.

Love this app!

I am a mom of four. I use this app to get back in shape after so much time off. Couldn’t do it without it!

Refund my subscription

i've never used this app and allow them to purchase this app, but they denied to refund my subscription

Simple and works

I’ve used this app 4 or 5 times over the past 10 or so years. I find it ideal to get 5k fit again following pregnancy/surgery. Easy to follow and gentle increase in activity you hardly notice. Option to skip forward if you find it too easy also great. I got the 10k version too.

Great app for begging

Love this app the coaching and guidance is really helpful. It’s always easy to come back to if I get off track.

Great

Great app to help you train properly

Deceptive about subscription requirement

Was looking to try a new app to train for 5ks after not running for a while. This one looked promising, had me fill out a whole questionnaire with a bunch of personal info, just to get paywalled at the end. Even the “free trial” button required me to consent for billing, and I’m not paying $40 for an app to help me with basic pacing and pop-up reminders to run. Really deceptive about the subscription requirement and it says nothing in the app store’s description about having to pay to use the app. Slimy!! Going to use “Just Run” instead.

It worked

2nd review after having trouble getting it trial to actually start. Developer did get back to me with questions quickly-so customer service seems very good. 1st week and I like the app. Easy to use. Good interface. I think the coaching/encouragement is appropriate (for me). Not constantly in my ear but doesn’t disappear after start either. Segments are realistic for couch start. Only complaint at all is I wish when it reported to apple health it included the warm up/cool down time as part of the work out. Shaving those 10 minutes off but reporting the distance of the entire time has me at about a 9 minutes mile when I’m walking more than jogging? I wish. Otherwise I’m enjoying it.

Helpful

Easy to use for a reluctant runner

Scam

Offered me a free seven day trial, which I accepted, and then they charged my card $39.99. Not a good look.

I like it Buuuutttt

I like this app but I need more encouragement for the runs…and markers that let me know how much time I have left.

Not free!

It’s not free btw

The App is Good But…

This app is good to help individuals who have no experience with running get started and has great potential. However, the app has the app lacks critical features that would help new and intermediate runners meet specific time goals. It does not recommend a pace (speed) that you should be running at for the various running sessions. That’s a huge miss.

Get healthy

I have used this app several times over the years to get myself back on track and to get my body moving. If you use the app as intended anyone can run 5k!

Missing elements

This app would be perfect if it would say more than the three phrases it does. Beginners need running tips on pace etc.

Worthwhile

Was sceptical but glad I signed up - good motivation, but not in your face

Sue

Just thought there might be a bit more info during the run ie how you might be feeling, small running tips.
