Best plant app out there
Best Plant-Identifier app on the app store, both paid and otherwise! Suggests multiple plant IDs instead of forcing an incorrect one, allows you to identify both the flowers of the plant and leaves- very thorough. It would be awesome if you guys expanded the app to allow people to comment on other people’s pictures, to help them identify their plants. And maybe allow for users to “album” plant pictures and create wish lists of sorts? Definitely has the potential to become *the* plant app. Incredible application. Works every time! I take a picture of the flower and then confirm by a picture of the leafs. I’m in Canada and I can say it works very well here.Francoisquebec

Having had moved from northern Utah to Monterey California a few months ago I have been very frustrated trying to learn the names of all of these plants and trees that are new to me being able to click and get an answer instantly is just fabulous and they’ve been spot on correct every time plus it’s free can’t go wrongShow lessRose of Texas.

Found this app to be unbelievably accurate. There is room for improvement with the interface as I find it hard to get back to the search results if I want to check out other possible matches - I end up having to send the image again.Jlbijb

unlike most other apps like this in the app store, this is completely free. no in app purchases, not even any ads! i love how with non-native plants, if there is no native match, the search engine will suggest plants from other parts of the world, and that has really come in handy. it is also great in that with any picture, you can choose what part of the plant is in the picture/what you’d like to identify, and along with the closest match, it also gives other possibilities and relatives.
