Outright Misleading Price Quote (60++% different)

Hi DC-Td, we're so sorry to hear this happened to you. The cab companies are in charge of the fares quoted in the app and the fares they subsequently charge in the taxi. Unfortunately, we don't have anything to do with that. It's a shame you had this experience with these companies, but we hope you'll continue to use the app. Take care!
