Needs a better interface..overall good but signs out automatically and crashes while cancelling a booking

Can’t register my card

No option to pay with card in the app. It only gives me the option to choose cash...

App crashes before it loads...

The app crashes a few seconds after touching icon, never loads the app...

Also, unable to show miles on the app for the U.S.

Outright Misleading Price Quote (60++% different)

I used the App to get the best price quote. The 1st time round, I accepted the best quoted price which is at 23; the actual price charged by taxi is 38 (Tip not included). 2nd Trip quote is again 26, actual price paid is 45. When I asked the taxi driver, they said they are just charging based on the Meter.

Hi DC-Td, we're so sorry to hear this happened to you. The cab companies are in charge of the fares quoted in the app and the fares they subsequently charge in the taxi. Unfortunately, we don't have anything to do with that. It's a shame you had this experience with these companies, but we hope you'll continue to use the app. Take care!

Prices for the same destinations vary by driver

The app itself is just okay. It's buggy. And you will receive an email stating driver has arrived long before the app shows (correct) driver arrival. Some drivers are friendly and amazing (Larry, for example), others make creepy misogynistic comments that make you uncomfortable. I wouldn't ride with Luke again. Prices vary based on directions of travel, and I had such an unpleasant experience riding with Luke (I'm a semi local long time user of this cab service) that I would be hesitant to use it again. Other passengers agree.

Can't get picked up

Hi, unfortunately I can no longer get a car with this app - I find my location all ok, but I no longer get "pick me up here" button, making it impossible to order taxi :( please fix this.

Ended up trying to book with my toilet instead, figured it couldn't be any less useless than this app

ABOMINABLE & UNRELIABLE

Made a reservation 14 HOURS BEFORE NEEDED PICK UP time. No taxi EVER arrived! 2 hours after scheduled P/U received text that car was cancelled. Missed our flight by 4 minutes after calling (by phone) a local cabbie. He arrived on time & got us to our Metro stop in really good timely manner in morning rush hour . Had we called them instead of using this app we would be half way home 😟😕😟😕👿
