    This app has been down for weeks. There has been ZERO support for this app. So why are they still selling this thermostat?!
  • No connection from app to device.

    Thermostat say great connection. App will not connect, no settings no nothing just message saying no internet connection
  • Stopped working on 3/37/22

    On 3/27, I started to receive the “your device is not connected to the internet message”. Got this message in the app on both Phone and tablet. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it several times. Rebooted phone and tablet several times. Rebooted internet router. No change. Unregistered the thermostat and disconnected from WI-FI access several times. No change. Deleted account and created a new account to register the thermostat again. The thermostat was connected to the internet and my devices were too, working just fine. Was able to control the thermostat via web browser, but not via the app. Called the support and was told that there was a system upgrade ( the interface on my thermostat did change), that they were aware of the problem and IT was working on it. Hmmmmm. You have my email address- it is how my account is registered. Why could you not send out a mass notification? Almost one week later and still not fixed.

  • App not working

    Please fix the app it was working for the last 2 years and now it’s keeps saying no internet connection and I know it is connected…
  • Literally unusable

    Updated the app and now it tells me that my phone, which has both 3 bars and on Wi-Fi has no internet connection. Will not let me log in. No app support to help me connect. Internet help link does not work.
  • App No Longer Working

    A little over a week ago the app stopped connecting to the server. Restarted the app, uninstalled the app, and shut down my phone. None of these options fixed my issue. I cannot recommend a product that no longer works.

    Worked fine for months and then boom- not connected. Deleted app and re-downloaded. Disconnected everything I could think of and reconnected multiple times…. And still won’t work. Looks like from reviews this is y’all’s issue - I’d say figure it out and fix it maybe ? 🙄

    App stopped working and says my device isn’t connected to the internet Everything is connected

  • Basic and limited

    Unable to manage humidity and modify settings remotely beyond selecting a program or changing immediate temp. It fails to provide the same functionality that is offered on the touch screen. It uploads the screen saver through pc web portal and correctly identifies if an image sizing issue from the pc but fails to identify the same failure from a mobile app.

    Really sub par and should have opted for a better thermostat/mobile app.

    That and as of this writing mobile access is broken and they claim they only found out the apps complaining the device (thermostat) is not connected. You can connect via the web portal, but app cannot. It’s either the server or the app. Not the device. It’s been down weeks.

  • App stopped working. No support

    For a few days now the app says that the device is not connected to the Internet. The thermostat says everything is connected just fine. Not sure where to turn. A few months back it did the same thing.
