App does not work
It’s been three days and the app says my phone is not connected to the internet. Well it is connected. The thermostat on the wall says it’s connected also. So the app crashed and no emails or texts explaining the issue. Normally not that many issues with the app. The lower rating more has to do with the fact the app should give you more access to your thermostat.. you should be able to change more then the temp in the house.Show lessJaysfrugal
Not working
The app is no longer works and it required to be updated to be compatible with phone firmware. Like seriously last update was 5 years ago … not gooodhs.8
Very poor service.
This app stopped working over the weekend. It has now been around 72 hours or longer that it has been disabled. I understand it’s a third-party app but this lack of prompt service is unacceptable.Spanish Bob
No longer works
This always was a bare-bones app to begin with, and I’ve regretted being talked into buying this thermostat. But now, like the last reviewer said, it keeps telling me my device is not connected when it most definitely is (thermostat and phone). No Internet Connection
App worked fine until a few days ago. Suddenly says No Internet Connection. Your device is not connected to the internet. The thermostat itself is connected to the Wi-Fi. Everything else is working fine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, with no help. Fix please!!!!!KristineScar
App no longer works
This app no longer works on my husbands or my phone. We have to login to the website on our browser if we want to use our phones to change thermostat. This is has been going on a few days now.Plummercatie
Quit working
This has been an excellent app but yesterday it flat out quick working. I deleted and reinstalled it and still the Comfort Sync screen appears but nothing happens. What’s going on???Richard in Texas
App suddenly won’t connect to the internet
This app has been working fine for us for about three years now, but suddenly yesterday it says the phone does not have connection to the Internet. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and also tried it on other devices. Nothing works, app always says not connected to Internet. Please fix!Much annoyed
Needs more features
If they make a thermostat that works with the Armstrong furnace I would switch over. This app doesn’t allow holding a temperature change like the thermostat does, doesn’t allow scheduling changes and doesn’t have any usage or historical data. Those were all features from a $70 Honeywell I had with the furnace prior. Many have complained and almost a year later and I haven’t seen any new app features.Show lesssconnie1004
