Slow upload
System takes time to upload . Also after it loads one system part of your house you sometimes have to go out and in again to get to load other system if you have multi systems and zones.
Time does not display correctly time expect time to be an hour off. Problem is a programmer problem they have with time zones .
I am sure they are aware of problems since this is a replacement of older models.Show lessHotfornews
App Stopped Working - Utterly Worthless
I don’t know why I’m writing this review - clearly they are not even reading these. This app completely stopped working about 2 weeks ago. No connectivity to their server. My local wireless connection is fine and the thermostat is connected to it. Agree with everyone’s assessment that this app is (or used to be, when it worked) basic at best, no real features or functionality. Totally embarrassing effort in the design and usefulness of this app. And as others have pointed out, no updates in 4+ years. Nice. Why can’t there be a zero stars option? They don’t deserve the one I had to give and shouldn’t get credit for it in their overall app average.Show lessVixyswillie

Antiquated
I spent $350 on this thermostat as part of an HVAC package and yet my basic Nest thermostat has more features than this thing. It doesn’t even allow you to track usage. It’s the size of an iPad mini on the wall, but is wasted space because there are no features on the screen. Time for an update! Very disappointed.Show lessCam7769
Very Basic at Best
With my new Armstrong system, I just switched from a lesser known brand called Radio Thermostat to the ComfortSync. Even though Radio Thermostat is basic, (cost me $4 after $100 energy rebate) blows this ComfortSync app away for features, with schedule editing, historical logs and a very good interface. If it weren’t for some of the special proprietary functions between the Armstrong system and this ComfortSync thermostat, I’d go back to what I had. The newer A3 model has most of the features that I’m used to, but both the new A3 Armstrong and newer Lenox stats (same company) have also received very bad reviews. Maybe I’ll update after the A3 is more mature. Still can’t believe that this app can’t edit schedules????Show lessJimbo Jimbo S

Does What It Does. But...
Basically, what everyone else says: The app works. I have not seen any bugs. The web site (sort of) works.
But the control offered is very limited. They’ve got a good, sophisticated, system for managing your HVAC... but the level of remote control and lack of integration with any other home automation equipment is really unforgivable these days. No Alexa skill, no documented API, no ZWave interaction, no If This Then That. These folks need to wake up and smell the 21st century coffee.Show lessUpstairs Office PC

No updates whatsoever. They seriously don’t care about feedback and the app is way behind others.
It lacks many features!
**It doesn’t display outside temperature on the app.
**Also when heat uses Auxiliary heat (strips, natural gas, or propane) the app only shows ‘System is Heating’. This is important to know whether the system is using heat pump or auxiliary heat in the Away mode.
**App doesn’t show ‘System is Defrosting’ for heat pumps. It displays it as System is Heating.
The app is very basic and not worth the money. Obviously they don’t care about feedback.

Five thumbs down
After completing system registration on 10/6/19. Our Comfort Sync system has worked grand total of approximately 3 1/2 days. After many call to support, and emails, it is still not working! The good thing is that the ecobee stats installed in other buildings (4 of them) are not missing a beat!
Our installer been good, but the Comfort Sync system is junk!
If this get resolved I will update this feedback at a later date.
