Avoid
I booked a large taxi for 5 people via the app for 3pm yesterday. I made this booking at about 1pm. The booking was confirmed. Then I got a phone call from them at 2.58pm saying they couldn’t get a big enough taxi and would have to send 2 cars at double the cost. The cars weren’t on their way and I’d have to wait. We had a train to catch for a meal booked so waiting was not an option.
Thanks to Radio Taxis the train was missed, the meal cancelled and my son who had driven over from Brighton made to have a wasted journey.
Why confirm the booking at 1pm? Why wait until 2 minutes before the pickup time to phone to say they can’t fulfil the booking?
Avoid this company at all costs and get an Uber!

Abysmal
Disgusting service. Let down three times by this company who quote their pickup times as approximate - sticking to this definition after 45 minutes of waiting.

Unreliable
App told me a car was on its way then told me car had arrived waited half an hour and was no car phoned radio taxi and they said a car wasn’t sent but they would send one right away app is unreliable
Don’t use
So, I downloaded this app for my travel to work, when I signed up for it and put my bank details in they took £1.01 out. I know it isn’t much but why is there a fee for signing up to the service? I would like that money back as I still haven’t booked a taxi and now I won’t bother. I’ll stick to Uber

No complaints what so ever
Have used this app 3 times to order a taxi and have experienced no problems at all.
Each time from different pick up points I saw the progress of the cab and went outside to wait for it to arrive.
Drivers were polite and the price quoted was nearly spot on ( give or take 50p)

An unreliable taxi company
After booking my first booking which was made 18 hours in advance, they called and told me 10 minutes after the pick up time that they weren't going to make it.
Poor maps.
Unfortunately this app doesn’t recognise my road and leaving instructions on notes is useless. I have to walk to next road.
Splash Screen 😡😡😡
Please please please get rid of the splash screen that appears every. single. time. that I switch between this app and another. It’s so annoying, surely you can background the app without needing to reload the entire thing when it becomes active again. From a customer service perspective, I have come across 3 different but equally dodgy drivers. One who pretended the app wasn’t accepting card payments by deliberately trying to click “cancel” instead of activating the payment. The other who’s opening line was “we don’t like you paying by card. We like the cash.” And the last one who couldn’t find the brake pedal, nearly went up the back of someone several times. They say Uber is dodgy, but I’m not entirely sure that normal taxi companies are much better based on this experience...

Horiffic
After using the app it does not give correct address. Then when you call up to say the driver has passed you and left (despite waving at him) you end up speaking to a mouthy woman. Who thinks it's ok to speak to you like crap
Set up my card - it got blocked for fraudulent activity
Set up my card to use as I didn't have any cash on me - got declined and it put a block on my card. Not impressed.
