The app itself does still work, but has not been updated to the newer widget APIs so the widget is no longer available on ios18. An unpleasant surprise.

Beware - Volume buttons on iPad Pro 13 are reversed
Just got my new iPad Pro 13in and after transferring apps, I turned on the TV with the app. When I tried to use the volume buttons as I have always done, I discovered that they were reversed in the app! The buttons on the screen work fine, but the physical buttons on the iPad do the opposite of what they should.

Awful app - Don’t bother downloading it
I was given a Logitech Harmony Smart Keyboard. So I purchased a hub from CEX to get it up and running with my HTPC. I’ve spent five days trying to get the hub to add the keyboard and connect to my computer with Bluetooth. Every time it fails in the app with an error and says to restart the app. Then I can’t connect to the hub as I get stuck on the screen “Connecting to Harmony Hub…..Downloading configuration”. Tried all this on multiple iPhones with no difference. Only way I can connect to the hub is to delete the app and reinstall it. Then repeat over and over again.
The closest I got was connecting the hub to the computer. But again it failed to connect to the onboard Bluetooth or the two Bluetooth dongles that came with the keyboard.
I’m taking the hub back to CEX. I very rarely submit to defeat, but the software is so unstable and not even support anymore. It’s just not worth the hassle of trying to find a work around.

This app and it’s corresponding hub are trash
My title basically says it all but just to reiterate, they may be great when they work but they break too often to ever recommend. I’m just glad the previous owner paid for them and not me. Though I guess it says a lot that even for free I wouldn’t recommend it.
An app I couldn’t live without, but with one small glitch to fix up.
Even though you guys have discontinued the Harmony Hub, I bought it a year or so ago and have found it incredibly useful for automating all of my audio/visual gear. My only little criticism with the app is in the section where you add a new activity. my only gripe is that the back and forward icons are very close to the status bar where the battery, time, etc. are. Other than that, fabulous work, and I hope you still support this product even though you have stopped making it.

Not working properly
The app performance is getting worse. I cannot even turn of the activities. The app gets stuck on the powering off mode. Harmony is making this app worse on every version . Disappointed

Why can’t they improve this app? I’ve been using it for quite awhile and it’s worse than ever!! 👎👎👎
Harmony doesn’t support its own products anymore.
I bought a remote 5 years ago that I used to control with this app. I tried to add my TV to the app, but it tells me I need to sign into a hub. I don’t have a hub, and I can’t log in from a PC, because that’s hooked up to my TV I can’t navigate through without a remote. Don’t waste your time with harmony products.
