This App doesn’t work and I want a refund, but do not see a way via developer support support
Please refund me my $6.99. This is a very bad experience.

Connection issues
Even turned everything off and back on, please update, paid for this app and can’t use it, if it’s not fixed I will request a refund

Cannot connect to hue bridge on iPad
When connected to my iPhone X, if I get out of the app to look at something else, the lights just stop moving. Which is why I wanted to put it on my iPad so I could use my phone and the lights would keep moving.
I also cannot restore purchases on the iPad from this app.
A lot of fun... but has a drawback
But the phone has to be open to the app and must be unlocked for the lights to continue to perform. It would be nice if they would continue when the phone is locked. Also another upgrade that would make this app stand out is the beats portion would be much nicer if the music could still be played through external speakers rather than needing to be played through the phone.
