Broken and abandoned
I struggled, unsuccessfully to get the app to work. The app’s Twitter account has not posted in over two years. I suspect the app has been abandoned.
Awesome
Please make it so when you lock your phone or close the app the lights stay changing if you have it in afterparty mode!! I want to upgrade to the full version but I would want to be able to leave the app! Other than that awesome !!!
Needs improvements
Really good app but could use some improvements. I would like to increase the bpm higher than 120.
Good but major flaw in design
This app is a cool addition to the already awesome hue functionality BUT it does not run in the background and so as soon as your phone locks or changes out of the app, it stops working. Not worth the upgrade I spent on it 😕
Developers need to review the family share option
I bought this app to control the lights in my family home, the app was mainly for the kids to have fun with, unfortunately I didn’t really consider this as an app where it couldn’t be used in family share, to have it locked to one user in a family home does not really work, unless of course if you have money to burn on expensive apps.
I think that £6.99 is more than enough to cover a whole family’s devices for an app, considering the nature of its use.
I couldn’t get a refund and will probably not use the app now anyway.

Doesn’t work if you leave app
So flow or any of the party settings don’t keep working if your phone screen turns off of if you go check another app.. it freezes and the lights stay the same colour ;(

Buggy and inconsistent. Especially with several lights. The trial was okay with only one or two lights, but after paying for the premium version it just doesn’t work well. I don’t think I’ll ever use this again.
An example is on the strobe mode, it can work for a few seconds then one of the lights will stay stuck on, or it will stop for a few seconds and start again, so not very useable.

Why did you even make this app?
Useless don’t waste your money
Great app
This is my go to for Hue lights... the candles preset in particular is among the best youll find out there in Hue apps. Play with the max brightness to bring more ambient light in. The price is no issue Im surprised to see somebody complaining. My only complaint is I see no obvious way to save my presets (without overwriting the current) Also the animations seem to stop after certain amount of tine, again with no obvious controls or fix. Bluetooth works fine and music is being sent simultaneously without issue (again I saw another review complain must just be their phone or version) what we need is a basic one page instruction sheet of sorts

Couldn’t even get one light strip to sync to microphone input. Rubbish
