Huge potential but falls flat on its face
The free app on the computer from hue is way better.
I was trying to find one for Apple Music for my iPhone and after a few other ones I tried this one.
Light show in itself was super boring and wasn’t really going w the music well (at least the tracks I tried, tried songs in different languages as well).
The thing that really killed this for me was how glitchy it is and how you need to have the app open for it to do anything other wise it just stops.
LAME!
I don’t mind paying for pro version but after seeing other reviews saying the same problems occur in paid version I’m not upgrading it and deleting the app.
I don’t even leave reviews but I’m doing so in this case so that the devs can get their ducks in a row and make an app actually worth buying instead of this half assed thing they 💩 out.

This app has potential to be great.
Worked after downloading app. Used the candle pre set that night and worked very well, Better than the hue app. However the next night the app was unresponsive and wouldn’t communicate with my hue lights, tried a few fixes and still wouldn’t work. Hopefully they release a firmware update to fix this issue. This has the potential to be a great app.

App still seems to stop working when In background
Lights stop changing after about 30 seconds when it’s in the background - so have to keep app open which is pointless. the last update was meant to solve this but hasn’t.
Also please support Siri Shortcuts, it would be great to set the colour changing with Siri.
Do those two things and it will be 5 stars

Cool settings, glitchy
This app started out amazing and so I bought the full version which was supposed to include the full version for my Mac. I haven't been able to get the full version to unlock on my Mac with restore purchases and the lights get really glitchy when you're controlling 3 or more. They get stuck sometimes and are slow to respond. This is the only app that makes them behave this way though

Does no more than the official hue app
It can turn on the lights. I can do that with the hue app. What it doesn’t do is it’s only reason for existing - change the colour of the lights to a set tempo or to what it hears through the microphone. This app doesn’t change the colour of the lights at all. Pointless.
Awesome but..
Awesome but paid for the upgrade & don’t seem to be able to describe lights.. I just want my light strip to party & the others to be ambient mood lights..
It’s okay
I have pro version of this app, it has cool features and I enjoy it, however things such as the audio visualizer, and even the timed lighting modes require you to stay on the app which is extremely annoying. By this I mean for instance if you are using the timed theme or the audio visualizer and you try to check a message on your phone or anything that requires you to leave this particular app, even locking your screen the scene stops and will only continue when the app is reopened. The microphone mode is also annoying because if I’m connected to speakers and try to use it it makes the music play out of my phone instead. The app has potential but needs massive updates.

Can’t get it to work
There needs to be better support for this
Great app! But clashes with music.
Love the app and all the presets, but whenever I have music playing from my Bluetooth speakers, the app glitches and stops playing the music from my speakers the minute I try to use another app or essentially have it on in the background. It just plays the music from my phone. So it’s a little frustrating trying to use it while you have music playing.

Waste of money
I had bought this app a long time ago (about a year) and after using it for like a week I upgraded it. Then I went on a vacation and had no time to use it and Then I came back to use the app for a party and I go to select 4 lights and it tells me to upgrade for 7$ when I had already paid the 4.99 (which it was before) and now it downgraded me to the basic version again. If there is a way to get my 5$ or the app back please let me know...
