  • Notification sound not hear when I am on call

    When I am on call there is no notification sound and every time I miss to accept the job and dispatcher call me that why you are not accepting job. So please make it fix

    Hi Lucky, Thank you for your feedback. The next version has many improvements in regards to notifications that should resolve your issues. In the future please report issues to your despatchers who can contact support directly.
  • Small alert sound volume.

    Please update more large alert sound volume, or ringing more long time. Because sometimes I can’t hear the sound notification then miss a new business job. I already checked your app option on my iphone. But I have no idea how to fix this problem. I feel My old PDA sound is 10 times louder then your app and hard to miss it’s sound even if I was 10m away. Please consider about this issue because sometimes my phone should be in my pocket deeply. Thank you.

  • Google maps on iPhone

    Can’t open address on iPhone,in google maps.

    Thank you for your feedback, this does not look to be an app issue but rather an issue with your address formatting. Please contact Hub Systems Support through your despatchers with more details including an example job as I would love to resolve this problem for you.

    So sick of it logging out regularly. Frustrating
  • Notifications not coming thru or messages

    Have to go into app to get jobs coming thru won’t send notifications alert for jobs or messages , miss jobs because of this

    It would be good if you could make the app keep the job order on the screen when you refresh it.

    Thank you for your Feedback Captain Greybeard, we are currently working on some great new features that go beyond just ordering your jobs, and we have implemented maintaining the order through a refresh, but much more soon to come.

    why app doesn’t get notifications in lock screen in iphone

    Thank you for your feedback, the app should be getting notifications if you have not turned them off. Please forward this issue to your manager who can send it through to support so we can get your notifications working again.
  • Panorama view iPhone

    Just asking why the app in iPhone does not turn to panoramic when you turn the phone to the side. It does it on windows phones but not iPhone
  • Bluetooth problems

    No sound notification of incoming job if driver has an independent Bluetooth advice such as an earpiece active at the same time

    We have improved how the notification sounds work to give you the best possible experience when using external devices including bluetooth earpieces. Some of this is device dependant and relies on the device supporting different profiles. Please forward all requests to your manager as we are always looking for ways to improve the app.
  • Make compatible to iphone x

    Screen resolution is still for old iphone make it compatible with iphone x
