Notification sound not hear when I am on call

Hi Lucky, Thank you for your feedback. The next version has many improvements in regards to notifications that should resolve your issues. In the future please report issues to your despatchers who can contact support directly.

Thank you for your feedback, this does not look to be an app issue but rather an issue with your address formatting. Please contact Hub Systems Support through your despatchers with more details including an example job as I would love to resolve this problem for you.

Thank you for your feedback, the app should be getting notifications if you have not turned them off. Please forward this issue to your manager who can send it through to support so we can get your notifications working again.

Bluetooth problems

We have improved how the notification sounds work to give you the best possible experience when using external devices including bluetooth earpieces. Some of this is device dependant and relies on the device supporting different profiles. Please forward all requests to your manager as we are always looking for ways to improve the app.
