Basic app, missing essential features.
Just made my first order and it went from “Preparing Order” to “Order Complete”. I did not receive my order, I had to call the vendor to follow up on it and they said the deliverer had collected it, hence they marked the order as complete.
It sounds like a missed opportunity in the app to indicate different stages like when the order is ready and when it is on it’s way.
It would also be good to have an option to contact the store in the order (or a few options at that) to follow up on it.Show lessKirby102

We recently made some adjustments to how the order status is updated in the app, but it would be great to review your case to ensure we've got it covered off. Notification that order “has been accepted” is always received on time.
Notification that order “has left the restaurant and is on its way” is either several hours late or not received at all.

I ordered food from a local restaurant for Collection. The order was processed and I payment taken.

Hi Philip, This unfortunately is untrue. Boppl features great hospitality venues who have all been setup by our operations team. These venues are great, local cafes and restaurants we have visited and had the pleasure to experience. If there was a specific issues, please let us know as we will resolve immediately.
