Love this app
I have been playing this app for probably two years now. I have found no issues whatsoever. The fact that it is free is awesome. You can also pick free puzzles groups. The layout is perfect. It takes a little practice to become proficient. You have all your puzzle pieces originally at the bottom, you can select them by shape, edges etc. You can also move selected pieces to the right or the left and you have the option to rotate, sizes etc which is an awesome feature. There is also have an “eye” view button where you can view the whole picture when you need a hint. I play this game and other word puzzle games to keep my brain sharp etc. as I will be almost 76 in two months. I have become proficient enough to where I can solve 2 to 3 puzzles in one evening (about two hours). I usually play with 250 pieces. I love the fact that it has very limited advertisements which is the most important thing to me. I don’t like being slammed with an advertisement after each play. Thank you for a wonderful game. I have enjoyed playing your puzzles for a number of years, I was disappointed and concerned when you changed the layout some 18 months or so ago, but now the way you have designed and programmed it to automatically force a myriad of ads, which is frustrating and take far too long to bypass has finally worn me down and regrettably I’ll be removing your app. I expect and accept some marketing on your app as I only play the free version but now you’ve taken it too far as I said.
I did receive your response, which stated that without them we couldn’t be free puzzles… a valid point. But the fact remains that approximately 50% of free puzzles are pathetic and just thrown in for apparent effectiveness…makeweight if you like. Bottom line the advertisers aren’t getting value for money.

Kindly note that the Premium upgrade allows you to completely remove third-party ads from the app and create an unlimited number of your own puzzles. Used to be able to see all my in progress puzzles at once so I could see which I wanted to do; now they are so you have to scan through them - not a good change. Also wish you could pull up the picture of a puzzle while completing and move it around while working the puzzle so you didn't have to keep opening and closing. If you can’t fix that, at least make it so you can just click and it will close. Don't like the change with in progress puzzles at all. May try to find another puzzle app more user friendly. Ads are also becoming a real nuisance! The worst part is not being able to see a completed puzzle as a reference check for the entire time while working a puzzle. When you purchase a box puzzle you have a picture in the box to refer to while completing a puzzle. Your not offering that feature is a major downfall, time consuming completion time of the site. I now primarily use another puzzle app that has that feature. While you offer free puzzles, the selection has changed as you used to offer a category and now there is a seasonal selection offer of puzzles that are not inviting. Also, I’ve written, more than once, about not having a puzzle on screen for reference the entire time while completing a puzzle and have received no response. Hi, I am a retired person and it takes me half an hour to do my house work. After that I sit down with a cup of coffee and open my iPad to my jigsaw puzzle villa. I just love these puzzles, but the pieces keep going back to the column, then it freezes and I have to turn my iPad off and wait a long while before the puzzle comes back. I have had my iPad cleaned and checked over with a clean bill of health. Is this because I haven’t paid into getting the adds taken away or made some kind of donation for playing these jigsaws. No pieces to fall on the floor. No great big board with an unfinished puzzle on to try and safely store. Just pick up the iPad at any time and carry on. Easy to use, clear and even has the facility to just have the edge pieces to do first. I am waiting for major back surgery and this has been a godsend. Have tried other apps but they are not so clear or easy to use. Well done and thank you. Have now had major back surgery and this app has kept me sane through the slow process of recovery. It has helped me to switch off and have patience. There is so much variety, brilliant colours, and fantastic composition in the puzzles that I never get fed up or bored. I can also see the most intricate architecture from different places all around the world. Well done for creating such a fantastic app that also gives so many free puzzles. Thank you.
Recently My iPad died. In changing over to my new one I lost most of my puzzles. The lady at the App did everything in her power to help me to restore my puzzles. The people that run this app really care about the people that use it. This is rare in this day and age. It was really wonderful to find their commitment to their users. I thought this would be like most digital puzzles, but they look real to life! The gameplay is like a real puzzle too - you can gather your pieces all over the place =D. I love all the options, such as rotate or not, and amount of pieces. The pictures are beautiful… and unlike most apps these days the costs are reasonable and will keep me playing it for years. Thank you for that!!!

May I ask one thing for a next update? When I click on the red eye to see the puzzle picture, my poor eyesight can’t see it (and I’m on a 12 inch screen). Could you make the snapshot bigger, possibly?

I've been playing this for several months now. As well as getting a free daily puzzle, there are plenty more free ones available. I love being able to start with the edges at the tap of a button. You can also use your own pics but only a limited number. I definitely recommend this app. This is an update to my original review. I try never to miss a day because there are such wonderful pictures available and I have loads piled up ready to complete. I do wish I could have used more of my own pics as well, but I reached my limit on those some time ago. I also like the fact that once you have downloaded the jigsaws, you don't need wifi to play them, which is particularly handy if you are on a train journey, for example. All in all, a really great app - even though I waste a lot of time doing it!Show lessPatscats9

Horribly prone to crashing, which means I have to view the monotonous adverts at least three times before I get to try a puzzle. The adverts themselves are a waste of space, as they often freeze, showing three or four static image jumps rather than moving pictures.
The app ALWAYS crashes if you try to do a second puzzle after completing one. It usually crashes when adverts are due or have just completed, so the transition here is dodgy. Occasionally it crashes randomly towards the end of a puzzle - overdue for an advert?? I used to play this a lot before the adverts were inserted and it was very reliable. I’m rapidly losing interest.
When you get it to work, it’s great, although any size greater than 168 components means I can’t see what is happening under my fat fingers, not good when the rotate facility operates when you just want to move a tile.Show less@&£?

I love this puzzle app. So far I’ve completed over 500 puzzles on it. I’ve played it for a little over 400 hours total (not all at once of course). I like that I can choose where the tray is located and I can even watch a movie on my tablet while also working a puzzle. Being able to choose my background color is also super handy when working a lighter or darker puzzle. The shop constantly has puzzle packs on sale and tons of free ones, if you don’t want to purchase any. At first I never purchased them, but the app is so good, I like purchasing at least 1 every couple of months as a “thank you” to the app developer. (Most packs I purchase are on sale and cost less than two dollars) There are daily free puzzles, which are awesome. Oh and you can save a puzzle you’ve started and finish it later. I like the achievements as well, I only have three left to complete. If you need a puzzle app to keep you busy, this is the one I’d try first. (I have a couple other puzzle apps, but this is my favorite one) To the developer: The only thing that would make this app better is if we could work a puzzle with over 440 pieces. I’d love a 500, 550 and 1000 piece option. 440 pieces only takes me about 45-50 minutes, depending on the picture.Show lessAnita360
