Good stuff, but lacking

The app has good perks, but it feels outdated and when it comes to redeeming rewards from the earn tab the customer support is no where to be found. This is rewards that were paid out to the app already but when redeemed to bank they just disappear and don’t payout yet. I’m not new, and I’m verified. No emails , no customer service ??? I’ve wrote in app and via email all week. Disappointed

Horrible Support

Paid for the subscription to find I wasn’t eligible for cash advance which was fine. I saw they had an earn tab which I was able to make over 150 bucks with, I withdrew 20 and then when I made another 130. My account was suspended. It just said to contact support. The support is very slow and they will reply ever few days depending on if they want to or not, there is not time limit for their response which is crazy. I was told to wait and after waiting 2 weeks getting responses every few days. They said my account was blocked and fraudulent. They never explained for what and I had previously verified my account to withdraw in the first place. This app might work for some but is very frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend spending money to earn through the earn tab. I will change this review if I ever do get a response or reasoning but it does not seem likely

Hands Down The Best Game App!

This is hands down one of the best game apps I have played yet! They pay! It does take a little time but it’s worth it! Great app! Keep it up, True team, we need more apps like this!

My 1st advance was $35 i paid back my loan way before time an when it was time for me to take out another loan it was $35 again which didn’t make any sense. They say it’s based off of an algorithm but that should not be an excuse when i have 3 direct deposits payments going i to my account every week, the app is okay it serves it purpose for when you need quick cash

This app is actually insane! It has all the features that they talked about! It helped me grow my credit exponentially! Found them on instagram or TikTok (can’t remember 😂🤦‍♂️) and I decided to try it out and I LOVED it!!

Should be banned and removed!!

This app should be banned and removed. I was approved for an instant cash advance Friday and still have not received the funds and today is Monday!!! They make you pay $3.99 up front and now have me scheduled to repay next week and I never received any money. They even have a statement on the app that says “if the funds are not in your account to contact your bank” That is insane. Worst app ever!

Blank screen after giving them info

After giving my info and social security number to track my credit score the app was crashing, just going to a blank screen, thats not a way to make someone entering private information feel confident in your app!

It’s pretty cool, but you know they just times they always change things which always make it more difficult used to be able to withdraw at $10 and I owe it on my advances so I was using the urn to withdraw everything was going good and then they put a block on it so right when I’m about to pay it, so just make sure you pay your advances becauseif you have any money on the urn, you won’t be able to withdraw beside they take forever to respond

Rewards suspended and no effort to help

My earn rewards got suspended and I am receiving no help barely just keep getting told to talk to adgem support but can’t even send them what’s wrong cause no emails are supported but they make it required to send the support form I have dealt with this issue for some time now and I’m getting really irritated and if it doesn’t get fixed in all honesty will be requesting a refund on anything I’ve spent money on for this app if it doesn’t get fixed asap if it does I’ll retract this review
