Thanks for using True and for the great review, Plus -great news, this is a 0% APR cash advance and not a loan. You can request one advance per pay period with no interest. Just sign up for the Premium Version of True.

Good not great- still work with.

For what this app offers it’s great. After I repaid my advance tho, a glitch prevented me from getting another advance for almost a week and a half. And once you get approved for the advance, it takes a while for it to hit your bank so overall, it’s gonna take almost 2 weeks for me to receive my second advance which brigit is only 24 hours. So this app has a way to go before being considered a must have. 3.8 stars would be more accurate, but they are growing and also customer service is pretty good too.

Thank you for the review and feedback. Currently we only offer standard 2-3 business day ACH transfers. We did have a glitch that was address a few days ago and now Premium customers may request a second advance. We also allow just one advance per pay period. Thank you again and keep using True, it's only going to improve and become that MUST HAVE you mentioned :)

True premium

When I try to unlock the true premium for my account it says that it is limited and not available for new users. Why have the option available in the app but when you attempt to unlock it as advertised it’s unavailable. It should be shown in the app that it’s not available instead of letting you download sign up with the impression that you can monitor your credit score and have tips for improvement and also believing you can possibly receive a small advance as said in the description.

Thank you for reaching out. We are a new company and our advance system was overwhelmed with new customers. We are not currently marketing the app with the understanding that new premium customers would not have an advance available. We are working to resume very shortly and serve you better.

Takes too long to get money

Takes way too long to get the money. Kind of defeats the purpose if I end up waiting 5 days for the money to show up. It’s almost time to pay the advance back by then.

Thank you for reaching out, we only offer standard 2-3 business day transfers but are working on adding same day transfers at no extra cost. This will be huge as many charge an extra fee for same day funds. Stay tuned. It's coming this month.

One thing we are certain of already is - our users want same day transfers in place of 2-3 business days. And we are moving fast to add that feature for free. Simple and easy to use. Although, I wish they had instant pay. But hey, I love it either way.

I don’t have a positive review. It’s been 5 days, 3 business days I signed up and was told I would get a small cash advance today at the latest. Still had not happened and now I don’t see the point to continue with being a member. The pay back date is less the 3 days from now. So by the time I get the advance it’s due back immediately.
