  • Customer Service

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences from a mobile game I’ve ever had (and I play other popular mobile games that have pretty bad CS). I have been back and forth trying to get them to unlink the account that was created on my phone from Game Center. I originally started playing on my iPad and assumed that when I downloaded it on my phone, it would pick up where I left off given that the iPad and phone share the same Game Center ID. Instead the phone is linked to GC and the real game is stuck under guest. So if I log into GC on the iPad it picks up the newly created game. They have asked so many questions. I’m not even sure how many ways I had to explain the above before they sent me a ridiculous form to complete. It shouldn’t be that complicated to understand “unlink this account so I can link the main game”. If I needed to complete the stupid form it should have been sent 2 days ago but instead Customer Service perpetuated this idle conversation aka nonsense. Furthermore, to delete the account entirely, you need to complete another form and wait 15 days! I’m mad I spent money on the other account or else I just would have closed both (with the stupid form) and been done with this game.

  • The fun doesn't last long

I've been playing for a couple weeks, but I'm a play for free guy, and unless you're will to fork over $10-$20 a day you'll quickly get to a point where it takes every resource you have and 3 or 4 days to upgrade any of the major buildings. You'll also get to a point where you won't be able to win many battles because everyone else has paid to charge up their troops. Another problem is the Alliance system, where leader start alliances and then bail without telling anyone or all of the sudden everybody leaves, so you have to leave and find a new alliance and start over. There is literally no guide to help players out and I still have no clue how wars are supposed to work or why I should even care why a banner should be garrisoned. You can go on hunts that give you rewards but you have to wait 5 minutes for your troops to get anywhere and and another 5 minutes for them to come back and the rewards are hardly worth the effort. I haven't deleted the game but I'm at the point where I long in to get daily rewards and start some troop training which is up to 5 hours to finish 400 troops. I've given up on exploration or arena battles because I can't win anymore without spending $100 or so on packs. So if a game you can only play for 15 minutes a day without spending money is your thing, go ahead and knock yourself out.

  • greedy devs

the game used to be fun but it’s to the point that they only care about the money. the only way to participate in events or even get stronger is to spend a lot of money. the “big event” is SVS state vs state and they will pair smaller states with people who have spend $50k+ if not $100k on the game… and i’m not exaggerating. if you want to succeed in the game you have to put about $500-$1000 a month on the game. every event is designed for you to spend to win or grow. people are constantly complaining the game is boring and unfair and they don’t care. I am ashamed to have spent enough money to be a “valuable player” and even got VIP SUPPORT but they ignore you worse than normal support. until you are one of the ones spending $5000+ a month they do not care about you. save your time and your money and find a different game. it’s the same boring events week after week with the same crappy rewards and after a while it’s impossible to grow without spending money.. they will then pair you with players who can zero you in 1 or 2 hits. NOT WORTH IT!!! i have become extremely discouraged with the game especially after all the money i stupidly put into it

  • Is Actually So Much Fun!!

It’s nothing like how the ad showed it to be, but the game is actually really fun! It’s the first game I’ve played in a while that isn’t pay to win. They give you diamonds to spend regularly (just got 1000 diamonds from the devs to apologize for a bug) so you don’t have to spend anything to enjoy the game. So much to do within the game too! This is definitely not my usual style of game but it is so much fun:)

Only thing I would suggest is making the exploration battles more enticing and fair. They aren’t very exciting and sometimes drag on for so long that I just put my phone to the side and let it play out while I do other things. There’s a point where it’s super easy to level up and you can fly through the exploration battles, then it all of a sudden takes irl days to even attempt the battles. A more gradual build up for these explorations would be so helpful. It’s difficult to get all the heroes leveled up and equal for these battles after a certain point and I’ve barely been using explorations since then.

  • good game but a couple of nicks here and there

Listen, i got this game a couple days ago and i love it a lot. It’s very fun and really enticing. but there’s a couple problems, every single one of my living quarters or whatever they’re called have furnaces yet the survivors still complain about being too cold, it’s annoying because it brings my reputation bar down. even if i upgraded their home they complain about it being too cold again not even a minute later, they just always complain about the smallest stuff. ONE EVEN COMPLAINED ABOUT YHEYRE BED FRAME BEING TOO COLD. as if you sleep on the bed frame itself and not the actual mattress, it’s illogical and stupid, it’s like eating a sandwich while complaining that the cutting board you made the sandwich on was too small or like the old grumpy neighbor that says your fence is half an inch on his property or obstructing his view of the beach from just one window when he has a higher window that he can look at the beach from like it’s literally such a self avoidable problem. and then another problem is the bad letters that AREN’T EVEN FIXABLE, like the no name one that is depressed asking when will it all be over, please fix this problem because i’m trying to be the best leader for them but they’re so needy and complaining about stuff that I’ve been fixing and making better

  • Persistent Bugs Ruining Gameplay Experience

I am beyond furious with the ongoing issues plaguing your game, which have completely ruined my gaming experience. Despite multiple attempts to engage your support team, the critical bugs affecting my gameplay have not been resolved. During recent attacks, the opponent's defensive troops failed to update as indicated by the game's reports of losses and injuries. This blatant inconsistency has cost me numerous troops and severely disrupted my ability to enjoy the game. I find it unacceptable that such fundamental aspects of gameplay are malfunctioning without any immediate resolution or meaningful support from your team. As a paying customer, I expected a flawless gaming experience, not one riddled with persistent bugs and technical failures. Compensation for lost troops will not suffice at this point. I demand a full refund for my purchases within your game. The persistent issues and lack of timely resolution have shattered my confidence in your ability to provide a stable and enjoyable gaming environment. I urge you to prioritize this matter and take immediate action to address the bugs affecting my account. I also request confirmation of my refund and an explanation of the steps you will take to prevent such issues from recurring in the future. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter to restore my faith in your game and its support services.

  • Great game, few things to change.

I download this game thinking it was the game showed in ads, and the way they show it here in the App Store images. But really, they don’t see that they have a great game in their hands. I really love the dynamic of the game, I love the way you have to work in order to really get through the game. Some of these reviews focus on the “pay to win” aspect. But I personally believe that you really don’t have to pay a single dime to be good in this game. I genuinely appreciate the effort that was put in this game. But I also have some issues, I personally dislike certain graphics of the game. For example, you can kinda zoom into the game and see how the animations aren’t really solid. You can also see the mini villagers glitch a bit. The game isn’t really put together well, and it looks cheap at some places. But really, this is a genuinely good game that honestly has a lot of potential, which is why I encourage you to play it, especially if you like more time consuming games that you can play anywhere on your phone. and I also encourage the devs to put a bit more effort in advertising the game and showing how addicting and amazing it could be.

  • Fun but beware

Firstly, don’t be like me and be fooled by the beginning of the game and think you’re playing a survival/resource management game. It’s exactly like all the other war/alliance strategy games out there. The theme and many of the events are at least fun. But it doesn’t make up for how awful the player base is, and though the game claims to want to foster only a friendly and strategic competition between players, they do absolutely nothing about abusive and bullying players, especially if they’re ones who have clearly paid thousands of dollars in the game. In communications with customer support, they’ve even admitted that it’s a problem in their game and that it’s not what they want players to experience, but they still refuse to do anything about those reported individuals. World chat is frequently obscene and bullying, etc. knowing that there are no consequences. Out of all the war strategy games I’ve played, this one is the worst. I doubt I’ll be playing it for much longer as my fun is being crushed in each server that me and my friends try to play on.

  • Pay to win plus it’s not 4+ and the devs WILL NEVER EVER LISTEN

The age requirement this game does not match in the game. There is a lot of curse word and people who bully. This should be 12+ or maybe 18+ because I saw one of the people having uh adult stuff which is horrifying. Also there is scammers there saying if you have discord and when you add them they are trying to hack my account and information. Plus the more money you spend the better you are. Is this to get kids to also spend more money? Terrible. Also please balance the game even more. There seems to be no more balance when further you progress throughout the game. Speedups are harder to get and buildings start to take a long time if you don’t have enough speed ups or resources. Plus it is harder to climb the ranks and it is starting to feel hopeless. More rewards for the lower rank. For example those who did not get in the rank of the event or did not receive many reward gets to participate in a event for those lower rank only and the rewards are like the normal events. Or events that is suitable for the lower ranks and mid ranks. Those high rank can just spend more money to gain more, but make a standing for those who aren’t.

Give us more rewards like speedups, books, shards that the lower rank could easily and prevent the higher up from getting the advantage

  • ADHD trap, Pay to play, the works

This is a game meant to keep you busy for two weeks while you buy things because you’re hyper fixating on the game. After that it’s nothing special.

This game is super fun while you’re building the first week. You need so little resources that you’re able to keep coming back to the game. However once you’ve reached a decent (not even good just decent) enough level, it’s more just check and click than anything. They have things you can do if you’re not willing to pay, but watch as everyone who is willing ends up being bigger than you and destroys your town. After a certain point all upgrades are the same. There’s an ad every time you open the game. Any time you open an event as well.
Customer support is the absolute worst. With descriptions in real time and even screenshots they won’t help. It was when I was making progress in an event for a permanent game fixture that the game locked me out of the event. The entire rest of the game loaded except coincidentally the only thing I was making good progress in. They just do too much for too little actual game play.
So yeah, if you’re like me and got sucked into one of the ads (but let me also clarify all the ads of this game do NOT properly portray it. I got the app because of the ads, was super disappointed to see the scheme)
