Terrible! Terrible!! App!
Downloaded this app so I can use it with my GTbank App. And tbh, this has got to be the most useless online financial app tool! I wish I read the comments before downloading and trying to register! Which I still can’t get registered till now! Even with my hardware token, and me inputing all my informations, I still can’t get registered. This’s beyond terrible !

Couldn’t activate tried the hardware token option all to no avail.

Great when it works but not reliable. Just have your hard Token available. It can mess you up at a very crucial time when needed. I am disappointed that GTB would allow such an app. Reputation is everything.
Token error messages
This is such a useless app for a bank such as Guaranty Trust Bank. It is shocking and annoying that in 2026 a bank cannot develop a simple app and have it working. What’s the essence of having an app when the downtime far exceeds the up time?
Not useful
This app isn’t really useful. No useful error message. Even putting the wrong information says failed. Right information, failed too. Something is seriously broken with the tech of this app. A lot of people should be fired in the tech team
App keeps dissapointing
Using this app is like playing gamble with your time, it would let you down when you need it most. Not reliable at all.

Terrible app, how can it fail with correct information. Please update app or don’t suggest it online as it’s a waste of time. To struggle for a week to use ur own money is a shame.

This bank app is not useful at all. It freezes and you have to keep downloading all the time. This is very frustrating. I’m sure the bank can do better.
