DO NOT TRUST THE APP - Horrible app that can not be trusted

I usually do not write reviews but this is just so so wrong. I subscribed through the website and paid for a 1 time/1 month subscription of USD11.99. A week later, I cancelled the subscription on the website and I even closed my account. A month later I received a charge of USD 29.99 for a subscription/membership/Account I no longer haver access too and was even overcharged. The customer service was horrible and I have to say the company make it so that even after you are not a member and do not have an existing account with them, they will still keep your card details and still charge your card with out notification until you look for means to reach their customer service. DO NOT USE THE APP

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I usually don’t write reviews but this was BAD. I downloaded this app briefly, signed up, and accidentally purchased a subscription. I looked all over the app to find the cancellation option yet it was nowhere to be found. I deleted the app from my phone and even looked in my phone’s App Store settings for a way to cancel the subscription, but nothing was there. Suddenly, there’s $55 CAD missing from my account, and I’m notified that it was a payment toward this useless app. I contacted them via email and was hit with the “we cannot issue a refund since your subscription has already been renewed.” I asked if there was ANY way they could compensate me yet I got the same response— “we cannot issue a refund since your subscription has already been renewed.” Don’t waste your time or money on this app, and save yourself the hassle of dealing with their incompetent customer service team.

Do not purchase!!

This is a total scam. It tricks you into thinking you are getting some free resources. Then all of a sudden you get a $30 charge. My bank even flagged this charge. I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody fall for this trap. And even worse, they don’t offer refunds. I’m waiting to here back still for someone in hopes that maybe they will return my money!

This app is an absolute scam. No way to cancel and make sure you do it within the first 2 weeks or you will be charged and they will not refund you even when you tell them you did not utilize their services. It’s an absolute scam. Plus the app has not features worth anything more than FREE.

Repeat charges to my card after deleting my account months ago.

They keep charging my account after I have deleted my account months ago and I currently have no way of contacting any customer support whatsoever.

They will continue to charge your card…. Even if you “delete” your account. Currently trying to figure out how to cancel the subscription.

STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible customer service. They will not refund any payments even though they do not give any updates as to when payments are being made nor gives you a heads up when the renewal is coming up. I didn’t even get a confirmation/invoice of the payment.
Lack of communication and the app it’s self is so simple for the amount they want to charge. Stay far away from this app. The only thing it does is track your timing, water intake and weight, easy enough to do on your own without wasting your money on this app.

❌ DO NOT DOWNLOAD ❌

This app traps you and doesn’t let you see the app until after you’ve purchased a subscription, and after you’ve subscribed (which is conveyed as a one time purchase) you can’t cancel the subscription unless you go through the terms of use and jump through a hundred loops.

This app was not helpful for me. I paid for it because it had a sale then I emailed them multiple times to cancel it as I will no longer use it. Here I am months later still being charged 40$ a month. If you want your bank account charged without being able to cancel it this is the App for you.

CC will be charged every 3 months

I deleted this app shortly after activating it. Everything on it you can find online for free. I was recharged 3 months after activating-there must be fine print somewhere within “agree to terms” that states they will bill you every 3 months. The CC they used via Paypal is a cancelled CC.
