App doesn’t load, not as detailed as website
The app takes forever to load, if it ever even does load. The information within the app is not as detailed as the website and doesn’t give you any information about the deals other than the deal price and the base price, which makes it difficult to gauge how good the deal is. These issues render the app more or less useless — you’ll be done with your vacation planning with the website before you’ll pass the loading screen on the app.John Resze
Easy to use
The app is really easy to use to search for flights with options for airports, airlines, and more. It’s also great inspiration. I wouldn’t think to go to the website but if I have some extra time to kill, I’ll open the app and search for cheap flights from my closest airport.BLSSmith
