  • App doesn’t load, not as detailed as website

    The app takes forever to load, if it ever even does load. The information within the app is not as detailed as the website and doesn’t give you any information about the deals other than the deal price and the base price, which makes it difficult to gauge how good the deal is. These issues render the app more or less useless — you’ll be done with your vacation planning with the website before you’ll pass the loading screen on the app.
  • Easy to use

    The app is really easy to use to search for flights with options for airports, airlines, and more. It’s also great inspiration. I wouldn’t think to go to the website but if I have some extra time to kill, I’ll open the app and search for cheap flights from my closest airport.

  • Wont load most of the time

    Love this service, but they have major issues with the loading of the app for some reason. Not sure what they need to do to fix it, but hope they can do so soon.

  • App not loading

    I was part of the beta program and rarely had an issue with the app but for some reason I’ve had nothing but issues with the new app. It rarely loads for me and just gets stuck in the purple screen. It’s unfortunate because I absolutely love the service!

  • Not really useful unless you have free time - lots

    First, it takes too long to open. You go through the same process and wait every time. Then you get info that is less tailored than the emailed info than I get as an elite subscriber. This removes more value than adds to it.
    Please create a way to customize and let me “skip to intro” like on Netflix or something. You’ve established your brand already if someone gets the app. Now make the app better like apps should be. Thanks

  • App won’t load

    I love this service, but lately I have had to use the website in-browser because the app just won’t load. It won’t budge from the loading screen. I haven’t been able to access it in a couple of months now, so I am hoping there is a fix soon!

    Edit: Thank you for your response! it’s still not fixed, unfortunately...just sits on the blue “G” screen indefinitely.

  • Launched this app way too early

    The website is great to find deals. This app is not. I could take a flight to the other side of the country and come back before this app loads. I get notifications about flight deals but when I click it it just gets stuck on the opening logo animation screen.

    The 2 stars is mainly because you offer a great free trial unlike many other companies and the website is good.

    However, It’s clear you invested more in UI Design than you did in UX or Engineering.

    I’ll just stick to the website :)

  • Lack of customization makes it useless

    The deals look great until you see they're with certain airlines that won't even give you a carry on. So by the time you customize your flight, the price is far higher than promised. This would be remedied if you could filter airlines or include bag costs as you can with Google flights. But this app has zero customization settings. Makes it pretty pointless to use. Google flights is far more effective

Until then, next to the search feature is a "Hamburger" menu option - Selecting this will present the current filtering options within the app, which include filter by departure airport, airline, month of travel, and more!
  • Says I’m Elite but only shows free offers!

    Paid $49+tax for Premium then paid another $199+tax to upgrade to Elite a few days later so I could see international deals (with that said, Going should be refunding me my initial $49+tax).
    My Membership Status says Elite but I cant access any fare “deals” claiming I need to upgrade to view. At this point I’m only seeing what a Free Membership would get.
    I’ve SENT SEVERAL REQUESTS FOR HELP
    and even tried calling them on FB but no help.
    Extremely FRUSTRATED.
