Fantastic other than one problem!
The app works as it should it is very easy to use it is pretty much plug and play, the ONLY issue I have that could help out a lot would be if the app actually tells you whether or not the door (bolt lock) is locked or unlocked. The function of the app and smart lock is to lock and unlock your door from wherever you are EXCEPT you don’t know if the door locked or if it stayed unlocked the only way to tell is to walk up to the door bolt lock and see if it has been engaged “locked” idk maybe make the app screen turn green when unlocked or turn red when it is locked.
Please change that one aspect of the app, give it a way for you to tell if your smart front door deadbolt is locked or unlockedPANG•A•RANG

Good app, but when the door is locked the app should show and say LOCKED and it should be red. Then when it’s unlocked it should be GREEN and say Unlocked. As of right now it’s just one color. would be nice to see it red when locked and green one unlocked.Obamas birth certificate

It’s a basic but effective app. I’ll re-rate to 5 stars if you allow for auto lock in less then 10 seconds — right now 5 seconds is an option but when selected it throws an error and says the range needs to be “10 to 900 seconds”Jacobzzzxxx
Same as a last user no status icon to ..
The lock is ok , the app appears ok , but does not send status notification which is turned On - on the app and phone . The app does not indicate that the lock is open or closed, unless I'm missing something, hopefully the developer has this on list of bugs, or consider updating the app to show users how they can be sure the lock is locked or unlocked via this app. Regards, tWondering Viking

I have the lock and gateway all set up so that I can control with Alexa (which I love). I also like that it has records of who is unlocking the door and with which device. I really like that it’s on my watch but it looks like I can only unlock and I can’t see what the status of the door is on either the watch or app. It would be really helpful to know if the door is locked or unlocked for the remote access aspect! Overall happy with purchase and appFieldbabe88
