Update bug

Since the bug, the app has not been showing the bus location for my daughter. Otherwise a great app, but this has been very inconvenient. Also has a glitch with the time because her bus does a loop on the block next to ours, and the bus will say an earlier time until that loop is completed.

Too complicated and never accurate

I do not know who sold this app to our school system, but the functionality is too complicated and the status is never correct. My wife and I can login at the same time and we both get entirely different information. Congrats on the sale, but I’m going to be pushing for something better and more accurate and easier to use for all users.

Yeah this is a student writing this, your bus updates? I ALMOST MISSED MY BUS You call that fast updates?! Work on fixing that please or or I won’t be happy -ps I gave it 5 stars so you parents and students can see this.

Worthless app

This app is pointless and worthless. The bus location is not accurate. The pickup times do not change if bus is late etc. the bus map is silly because it doesn’t show exact route of bus. Bus looks like it can go any direction at any time. I hope our school district doesn’t pay for this service. Don’t believe any of the other positive reviews. They look to be planted reviews by developers or developers friends.

Poor user experience

This app is incredibly frustrating to use. Every time you open the app—even if you switched back to it from another app only a few minutes ago—it always defaults to the “My Students” screen, instead of the live Map view which you are most likely more interested in when you’re monitoring the location of your child’s bus. So you CONSTANTLY have to tap the “Bus Location” button to get back to the map view, which seems like a small thing, but is really annoying and time wasting in the mornings when you’re stressed out trying to make sure your kid is ready to leave the house for the day.

I really disliked the old version of this app (“Vst My Stop”), but at least that app always defaulted to the map view when it was launched.

We understand this frustration and are working towards leaving the map open. In the next few updates, expect large improvements to the bus location page, specifically the map.

Pointless and Broken

Two stars only for the fact that once in a rare while, it maybe sends a notification that is occasionally somewhat accurate, and that the concept is at least good.

But realistically, it’s useless. It doesn’t do the things it’s supposed to, and it isn’t reliable. I get notifications that my child scanned to get on/off the bus when they never even left the house. Getting notified about delays would be great if it wasn’t incredibly wrong 98% of the time. The “real time” tracking is also delayed… so not real time at all. I could delete the app and have nearly the same level of knowledge as I do with it installed. At least I wouldn’t have wrong information.

Parents, you’re better off using the iPhone’s built in tracking, or Life360.

Not helpful

The app is terrible. No way to add my child’s morning bus route because we live out of district now. I drop her off an hour before the bus is scheduled to come(since we leave for work early) at a friends house so she can take that bus. But we can not get that route set up on our phones. So far this year the bus has picked at wildly different times. The app is unhelpful and just complicated what should be a simple pick up schedule.

Awesome App!

This app is amazing because whenever my daughter is always always waiting for the bus, she is very worried that she will miss it while getting ready because she has no idea when it’s gonna come. But with this app, she can know exactly when the bus is coming so she doesn’t have to worry anymore! I love this app!

Amazing app that I couldn’t live without now!

This app has changed my life. I am now able to track when my kids get on and off the bus with my middle schooler for the first year alone while I’m at work. Gives me great peace of mind! Especially with a kindergartener!!!
