Needs improvements for tracking

I think the app could be great with minor improvements. I know a lot comes down to the district, but one crucial thing missing is tracking when the route is delayed. If my route is assigned for pick-up/drop-off at 8:55am for example, and the bus is running late, if 8:57 comes around, the route has already been marked as completed and I now have no idea where the bus is. Each time it’s passes your original time slot, you can no longer track the bus. Ended up getting a GPS tracker watch for my kid to actually know where he’s at. If a route is delayed, tracking should not be disabled until the bus has actually passed your stop.

Updates?

The program is good. I wish it would be more up-to-date. I would like to know if my kid got on the bus, what time. I would like an update every five minutes. I wish it would also update it for half days. It could be more helpful.

Update

I have turned in all the necessary paperwork proving my residency and my son address is still incorrect. The school and myself and sent in emails asking for it to be changed and here we are almost a month later and it’s still the wrong address. Please allow us parents the option to correct anything wrong without having to go through the school

Terrible!

I hate this app and I hate the fact that I have to use it to track my kids bus drop-off. There have been too many occasions where the app will say the bus will drop off at one time, when in reality the bus is dropping my kids off 20 mins earlier than what it says. Now I’m rushing out the house to meet them so they’re not left alone at the stop. Luckily my neighbors are nice enough to walk them toward my house until I can intercept but it shouldn’t have to come to that. It’s not just after school, the morning are just as bad. Either the bus is super late or it’s early and waiting for us because, you guessed, the app has the wrong time displayed.

App totally a waste of time bad idea

It doesn’t show any scans and no routes it just say his info and not any thing and yes it’s up to date and has been this way sense the day I added this crappy app. I can’t believe I had to download apps for my children to ride the bus with something on my husband‘s taxes pay for we pay taxes to several counties and only have one child in school in one county so you would think something you had to do extra. You already paid for the buses and things and the school stuff shouldn’t have to do anything extra for your children to ride the bus that you already paid for and with a stupid app a computer app something that has to have Internet service app, yeah I keep saying it app app doesn’t make sense to me either an app to ride the bus and an app that doesn’t work correct and nobody can tell me why so why did I have to take my top and download this and try and figure it out and it doesn’t work anyway and what happens when the bus is already in any kind of signals to use these apps is anyone thought of that and what about the apps that doesn’t work for people, mine has never worked. No one can explain why mine doesn’t work.

Absolutely rubbish

My ISD chose this app as our form of transportation communication and that was the stupidest idea on earth. The bus doesn’t appear anywhere on the path from school until it arrives at our stop, then after school we have the same issue. The fact that we have to actually register for an account is a waste of our time. The accuracy is a complete garbage.

I would really like to speak to their UX designer because yeesh

I’ve worked for SaaS companies for the last 20 years, and as a professional and as a user/parent, I can honestly say this app is the most infuriating I’ve ever used. I would genuinely just like to speak to their UX person to try to understand why anyone would ever design something so poorly. It’s unconscionably bad and I’m angry at my school district for making us use it. So unnecessarily difficult to do the simplest things. You need to fire your PM and find someone who knows what they’re doing.

Worthless

Only thing this bus gave me was my kids bus number and location of the bus stop. Nothing else. I get no updates on where the bus is, I get no updates on a substitute bus picking them up, I get no updates on the bus being late. Literally nothing. This app has done nothing but tell me where my daughters bus stop is. I found out that wasn’t even true. Her stop is an old stop the bus’s don’t even use anymore.

never accurate

i got this app to track my bus in the mornings but it’s constantly wrong. In the case that it would tell me “last updated 6:12 am” or “last updated 5 something AM” when i go to school from 7 to 8 am. horrible experience honestly.

Needs major upgrades

The app is okay. It doesn’t actually track the bus or where it’s at. It has pick-up/ drop off location with a wide time range which makes it confusing to know what time the bus is coming. It doesn’t tell you your bus # under details. The message center is pointless because they don’t respond.
