A few weeks ago the app worked fine. Now I do not get any alerts at all. I’ve went into settings but only gives me option to change my name, password. There’s nowhere to set notifications. I really rely on the estimated arrival time and scans so I know she made it to school and back in the bus to come home. Now I’m out there 30+ minutes waiting at the bus stop because I cannot get any notifications for this app.
I do not have a notification area on the app. Only a setting area.

We are sorry to hear this! This might mean that your district has turned off notifications! We don’t control this, but if you want us to check if this feature was disabled by your district use the feedback option in the app so we can get in touch.
