App Keeps Freezing
I have to use this for my daughters school lunch but it continues to freeze so I am unable to add funds or check the menu.
Nothing works!
I'd love to pay my kids' lunch accounts. But, this app is absolutely useless. Once you log in, it just takes you to a dead screen. No buttons, no options; just a screen that shows the account balance, with no way to pay.
Never works
About every other time I try to use this app it’s on the fritz. Frozen on the Home Screen & I am unable to pay my kids accounts.
Crashed
After upgrading app it's not allowing me to access my students account. Backed out logged in and tried again, nothing. I guess my kids will starve!
App never works. Not user friendly
This app never works when I need to check what’s for school lunch the next day. Also not very user friendly.
It works ok
It works just ok. Half the time it just logs me out which is annoying. Now I can’t all three kids on my page, just two kids show up and I can’t navigate around. Please fix this ASAP and I’ll give a higher rating.
Frozen app
App wouldn’t allow me to add lunch money to my sons account and he was unable to eat lunch on this date November 30, 2023
Horrible
You have to sign in every time to use and the app will not let you click on anything.
Ridiculous navigation
Developers! 90% of your users use case is “add money to my child account” and it takes a million clicks to even get to that screen.
Today, however, the app is stuck at the login screen with some announcement that cannot be dismissed or closed, no other menus are clickable. What did you do!

Terrible
The app is terrible; multiple log in attempts; can’t close out announcements to add funds and the service fee is ridiculous!
