Non responsive

The app often has problems loading and responding. Sometimes you login then it won’t pull things up or it won’t let you select functions. It is not an internet issue as everything else functions normally. It could be an internal server issue.

Unusable!!

Crashed multiple times trying to set up an account! Finally gave up!

Pile of hot garbage

What an absolutely terrible app, terrible navigation, slow, freezes or sometimes doesn’t freeze but none of the navigation actually works, and they have the balls to charge a “convenience” fee

Horrible app

Never works can’t check on anything on this app. It is a mess still unable to add money to my child’s account.

Hate it!!

Limited functionality and constantly have to login multiple times to get a transaction to process. Very frustrating!

Clunky and hard to navigate… when it works

It takes 3 steps just to login. They claim to have made that process simpler, but now it freezes up and won’t do anything. It would also be helpful if it had a weekly or monthly overview of the menu. The every detailed daily menu is nice when it works, but an overview of the week would be more useful to busy parents. I would not recommend the app or use it myself except that it’s the only way to pay for lunch in my school district.

Terrible

This app is terrible. It is not intuitive, locks up all the time, and is generally just way harder to use than it should be.

Freezes

I downloaded the app and logged in to add funds and it won’t allow me to select anything

App is frozen

I can log in and log out. I can’t click on anything in the app. I have rebooted my phone. Deleted the app and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Not operational

This site is almost always broken and must be under constant maintenance. Trying to find the kiddos lunch accounts is a difficult task indeed.
Either it makes you login multiple times or site just freezes and doesn’t allow interaction. Wish this was better as the ability to pay here is quite convenient when operational.
